The breakfast was OK. The location was very difficult to find. I was double billed by the Holiday Inn. It is still unresolved.

The beds, showers and generally the room space was great. The house keeping was also great, I felt very welcome and safe. The staff was also very responsive. I think sound isolation could be better, considering the hotel is right by the highway

I chose this location because of the distance to the Shoreline Amphitheater. We were pleasantly surprised how clean the property was, and it was a great location to our concert venue. The young gentleman who checked us in was very professional and sweet. The parking was also super easy!

Very clean Nothing

Checking in and out was easy, and the beds were so comfy. The pillows were the softest pillows I've ever had. I usually have trouble with hotel beds but this stay was the best.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mountain View,Silicon Valley. The room was spotless, which was a nice change from other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. Free breakfast was a great touch,good variety and convenient before heading out for the day. Parking was also free and easy, no hassle at all. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall a comfortable, clean, and hassle-free place to stay,would definitely book again.

Everything was perfect...

Clean, but very loud as it is right off the freeway. When we asked to be moved, they said they were unable due to full capacity. Yet, we never saw any other guest, other than four couples checking in.
