Pros: Good place to stay for local concerts or for one night, but needs a remodel on a lot of areas not just the keyless chip card to open the door which is probably the latest upgrade. I usually stay at this place every year when concert season starts but it’s my go to place so that’s why I give it 3⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2

They had a leak right above my room so when you walked out and look up there was a giant hole. They fixed it by putting a bucket there for at least 24 hours.

I like the breakfast The room. Things started to malfunction. The microwave went out and lights. Staff wasn't to helpful when it can to switing rooms but they did get us a different microwave. It wasn't a great stay and we won't stay again.

It got me out of a bad situation so I’ve got nothing bad to say about that however, I didn’t even get there until midnight I was trying to stay in the back of the parking lot while I waited for an Uber just to get out of there and they wouldn’t even let me use the restroom which I felt somewhat uncalled for I get it. It’s reserved for paying customers I paid and then checked out however that wasn’t really called for.

The staff member that was at the front desk was very considerate to allow me to go in early because of my situation. Im very grateful for that. Greatly appreciated. Thank you ! The second staff member the following night. Was really not a people person and not very friendly.

- It says free wifi when I made the booking, but the hotel charges fee for wifi during my stay - It changes furniture during my stay which has quite bad smell - The shower is very slipery and my parent fell down ... we had to go to the emergency room in the mid-night.
