Ramada by Wyndham Mountain View

The first room I was assigned had dried urine droplets on the toilet seat. There was no phone, no working lamp on either side of the room. The second room I was assigned was better but as I waited for the room change, there were a lot of interesting characters checking in and I didn't feel safe. I was in town for a concert and end up taking an Lyft back home.

Beautiful landscaping at the property, clean spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed the night for a concert at shoreline. It was my second time doing so here. Very happy with my stay would recommend. An easy quick uber ride to the show.

Quiet, clean and just perfect. The grounds were well maintained amd the rooms clean. Perfect placement as it was very quiet and the check in and out were perfectly done.

It was ok. Overpriced for the quality. The room was old and kind of dark with construction going on outside the window. The machinery was there but they weren’t using it. We also had ants in our room.

Check in was perfect! The bathroom in 206 smelled like it was mopped with urine. Breakfast was okay. Not awesome. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We’ve stayed here a couple times for Shoreline concerts. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable. This is the only hotel we will use when going to Shoreline Amphitheater!!!

Rooms are nice. Bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Not a lot of choices, but that was OK with me. It’s in a convenient location, but you do hear a little bit of the freeway noise. Staff are very helpful.

They charge parking, add it as a charge! Ridicules, large open parking lot. Taking advantage of guests.

Proximity to Stanford hospital. The room was filthy and smelled awful. The beds were not firm. There were bugs on the roof and bathroom, dirt on furniture, carpet was gross, and the staff was unconcerned at check out. The lady didn't even apologize. She asked why I didn't tell the person on duty when I got there. We got there after 11pm, very tired, and left by 5am.

Great place to stay

The room was very unsanitary! The floors were dirty. The tissue box was empty. Whoever stayed there previously had left a tissue paper in the peephole. There was some sort of splatter behind the chair parallel to the bed. All clothing drawers were dirty. The bathroom sink/vanity was diagonal from outside door and there was a used G.U.M pick and sewing needles in the drawer. There was a small amount of toilet paper left on the roll. Also, one of the Keurig cups selection was the coffee pod with the fiber filtration which is unsanitary as well. The price of this room was not worth it at all!
