Loved how close it was to the shoreline amphitheater but the shower knob was not easy to use, I think it was stripped.

Staff was nice, and very helpful, Room was dated. Could use a paint job.:) innocence I don’t believe in myself

The hotel was clean,a bit noisy. It's close to the freeway and I think the windows aren't dual pane. Bed was comfortable, plenty of parking ,close to restaurants and stores,would stay here again

I had to kill spiders and ants in my room. There was pee in the toilet when I got there. There were parties close by until 3am on the weekend. The worse breakfast I've ever had. The blinds don't completely block out the lights from outside the room.

There was hair all over the bathroom, so it wasn’t very clean and no hot water. The water would never get hot so we couldn’t even shower there.

Clean, kind staff, A/C heater worked great, and breakfast was simple but nice! Would definitely stay here again. We went here to attend a concert at shoreline. Very close. The next day, we caught the light rail to the 49er game. Very well located!

The only complaint I have is the shower head needs to be replaced or cleaned with CLR. Other than that we had a great stay or room was on the bottom behind the office, never heard any neighbors or the road from our room and they where packed for the concert last night. If we have another concert we will be there again.

We were put in a handicap room despite not being handicap. Not a huge deal but there was no closet nor dresser to put clothes in. I a machine was broken but they at least were able to provide ice from the meal prep area. Tried to shower in the later part of the evening and there was hair and ants in the tub. Rinsed the hair and ants down the drain to find no hot water. I do not recommend staying there.

Nice location with a good BBQ restaurant and latin market nearby. Pretty quiet despite being close to the freeway. The staff are warm and friendly and the lady in charge has 2 charming dogs you get to see go on walks each morning :)

Everything was great, except for the breakfast, which was pretty standard for an included breakfast, but I opted to go into town for breakfast.

The first room I was assigned had dried urine droplets on the toilet seat. There was no phone, no working lamp on either side of the room. The second room I was assigned was better but as I waited for the room change, there were a lot of interesting characters checking in and I didn't feel safe. I was in town for a concert and end up taking an Lyft back home.

Beautiful landscaping at the property, clean spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed the night for a concert at shoreline. It was my second time doing so here. Very happy with my stay would recommend. An easy quick uber ride to the show.

Quiet, clean and just perfect. The grounds were well maintained amd the rooms clean. Perfect placement as it was very quiet and the check in and out were perfectly done.
