Fantastic hotel with friendly staff and convenient amenities. It's always a great stay at the Ameswell Hotel. We especially appreciate how accessible the property is - the parking is close to the entrance, the walkways are spacious, and the amenities are easy to reach. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Great time catching some World Cup games in the restaurant too. Highly recommend staying here!

Incredible place to stay. Was impressed the moment we drove up, and could see the families outside playing on the Concourse, and patrons enjoying the fine dining on the outside portion of the adjoining restaurant. Parking structure is gated and very close to the hotel. Hotel design is hip, thoughtful, and overall very cool. Hotel check-in staff was cheerful and attentive to booking details. Room design was very modern, and laid out thoughtfully for travelers to enjoy. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were actually slightly apart, a big difference from the normal.’ toilet right next to the shower.’ layout. We enjoyed a nice dinner at their restaurant, the Roger, and while the menu options may have been a bit pricey., 20-30$, we got the Gnocchi and chicken saltimbocca, and the food was pretty good. The drink options were in line with typical alcohol prices and very good. Our super friendly waiter recommended the milk and cookies tart for dessert, and we also ordered the Saturn dessert, and both were very delicous and reasonably priced. We even went down the next morning for breakfast, with prices ranging from 15-25$, ordering the classic American breakfast and a Roger burger, and again, both great, although bacon could be a little less crunchy. Definitely the best hotel experience we’ve had in a long time, and would 1000% stay here again if given the chance.

I really love the place. They are dark friendly. My only problem is that a dog took a poop right in front of us as we were going to the elevator. So that dog friendly thing was not impressive to us.

A very nice hotel with wonderful staff. Very nice sized room with a bathtub which is great with kids.

We’ve stayed here multiple times, and the rooms are always exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff is consistently some of the friendliest and most welcoming we’ve encountered, making every stay enjoyable. The only minor suggestion would be to keep the pool a little warmer, but it certainly didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, it was another great overnight stay, and we look forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

We stayed over the 4th of July to be closer to fireworks and enjoyed all this hotel has to offer. The pool, the firepit and room for girls to play volleyball/soccer. Also, great coffee in the morning. Rooms had high ceilings, very clean and well appointed rooms.

The only complaint we have was the bed sheet is missing “top sheet”. I thought housekeeping forgot my bed but my husband was the same. It only has the duvet/comforter and mattress cover. Otherwise, will definitely go back again.

Even though I had Exepdia Gold, the hotel charged me for the benefit availed as part of being a Gold member. Had to contact the hotel after realizing that the charge had already been applied without letting me know that I was charged.

We loved so so much about it.

Everything was exactly as expected. Room looked exactly like the photos. No complaints. Staff was very helpful as well. I would definitely stay here as a first choice again
-
Great stay! Impressed with the property and reasonable parking charges. We were in town for the World Cup and the only wish we had was that the restaurant was open earlier in the day.
-
I've stayed here 4 or 5 times now. It is my favorite hotel in the area by far! Very clean, great service, excellent amenities, and good restaurant food! Highly recommend.
-
Wonderful hotel for a family. The only downside was that the beds were very stiff and uncomfortable.

-
Great location away from the busyness of downtown but still only a 10 minute drive away in case you want to grab a bite .
-
Free seltzer water. Great indoor outdoor restaurant

The staff was very helpful in checking us in fast. The room was very clean and had two queen beds. Also it had a roll in shower for my wife who has some disabilities. They don't serve breakfast but have a restaurant close by.This is our third stay here and enjoy the Ameswell Hotel location for the closeness to Stanford hospital Moya Moya reunion. That's Ameswell Hotel and staff.
