Great hotel. Felt like staying in a resort

Super clean hotel. Everything about the property was perfect. Probably one of the best ones I’ve stayed at in the area. Only a 10 min drive from Levi’s stadium and about 20 min from the malls

Unfortunately, this visit was a bit different due to a very large group of children (around 20 kids, from the same family) at the pool. I don’t think the most of the party stayed at the hotel. The kids were continuously jumping into the pool and leaving chips and food all over the ground, which made the pool experience feel more like a public pool than the quiet, private atmosphere we’ve come to love about the Ameswell. Another guest had already complained before me, and I also spoke with the staff, who were very responsive and did address the situation with the group. I really appreciated the staff taking the concern seriously. Aside from this experience at the pool, everything was amazing as always. We truly love the Ameswell and look forward to staying here again!

Staff, Cleanliness, Decor large Bathroom and comfy bed with wonderful linens! Noon Checkout is a bonus! Food is very pricey

Love this hotel. It’s the third hotel I’ve stayed at in Palo Alto /Mountain View (also Hyatt centric and Shashai) Ameswell is my fave (shashai close second). The Ameswell fells less like a business hotel and more like a resort. The rooms are large and spotless, massive tv, comfy bed. Gym and pool great. Staff friendly and helpful. Good vibes. Will be back again.

This was our first time staying at the ameswell hotel , and we absolutely loved it. From the staff to the amenities and overall decor of the hotel . I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know . We will definitely be coming back for sure .
