The room was really nice. It was personally owned so decorated really nice. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Staff and other personnel were attentive. Pools were nice. We are HGV owners, and it was never disclosed that the unit was privately owned rather than HGV-managed. The room was not clean - dirty countertops, a grimy stovetop, and floors with sand, dust, and other debris throughout. This was far below the standard we expect.

Amazing hotel in the entire place. They’re valid very organized. Nice service clean room in the front of the ocean. Everything is amazing. Definitely recommended.

Hot tub, and Hot water in bathroom. The resort didn't provide lounging, there wasn't any features for Nexflix/Subscription in Master bedroom Suite only in living room area,very small bar for a resort like the Anderson, sofa bed very thin, so thin we had to ask housekeeping for 3 extra blankets to Madera makeshift bedding on top of thin sofa mattress Definitely wasn't worth the money we spent for 3 days.

The hotel was advertised as a Hilton but half is owned by a time share company that doesn’t maintain their rooms very well.

The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly The room needed to be cleaned better, also the shower pressure was almost non existent in the bathroom

Only the location and the staff members. I didn't find anything else to like! The room felt very outdated and poorly maintained for a property advertised as a 4-star ocean club/spa resort. The furniture was heavily worn, with cracked and peeling chair seats, chipped wood, visible scratches, and old fixtures. The TV setup, DVD player (YES DVD in 2026), room phone (probably 20 years old), coffee setup, and overall room condition felt years behind what I expected for the price.

No one would answer front desk after 30mins of trying. My bed was not on the frame properly. Had to ask for extra towels multiple times.

The location was perfect and near everything. Bedding had stains.

The property is in a very good location. Close enough to the attractions, but far enough where it’s not congested or too noisy, Love the pier access to the beach! I wish there were beach umbrellas around the pool area. I also didn’t like so many available entrances around the property.

The location. The room was very nice! That we couldn't get in our room with the key card that was provided to us by front desk clerk. . The key was not set and after reporting it, we were still given the wrong key. They finally got it right after the 3rd request. This was very frustrating.

The view and how clean it was Some elevator was out of order and took a long time to get in

For the price nothing Staff was rude, customer service was lacking, 6 elevators and only 4 work took over an hour to get from our floor to the lobby during checkout, no breakfast or even coffee, had to carry all our bags due to no carts available and limited bellhoppers

The Rooms where clean and nice The beds where hard and uncomfortable, also the bathroom tub is a little outdated, and the wifi sucks, as well as the elevator went out the whole time

The couch in our room had stains. Placed blanket on top that we bought to feel comfortable sitting on it. The comforter and the bedroom were not clean.
