The room I was giving had mole on the bed mattress, the walls and they did change my room but I was told that’s the rooms they give to the booking. Com people which is unfair The room was nasty

Room was clean Staff was rude and wifi didn't work

3 different color hairs on the bathroom towels.

Pools, room, and location! Booking.com described the room differently then it actually was. I received a room different from what I paid for.

I liked how nice the people were in the location The overall property was very rundown with lots of missing pieces and broken things, but the worst was some of the people were very loud in their rooms, and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming

The 1 working elevator was beyond slow. Maintenance man had to come to the room 3 times to let us in due to a faulty lock. Air conditioner sounded like it was dying & made it hard to sleep. No local guide in the room. Room telephone did not work. I could hear the front desk, they could not hear me. The whole place reeked of Marijuana & the ceiling panels in the elevator fell down on guest. Overall experienced SUCKED. See above

the beach view was good the rooms had bugs, floor had stains, bed sheets were stains as well as curtains for window. the pool was good can be a little more cleanlier I didn't like how it took till 7pm to switch rooms because they weren't clean when they were supposed to be cleaned by 11. the rooms can be cleaner, make sure you do ocean front not Oceanview or city view if you want the look of the ocean, you can still see the ocean from ocean view, but it is better if you do the oceanfront. these rooms are not worth the price; the price could be cheaper. spent over 400 for 3 nights and barely was in the rooms I also do not think they had a inspection since 2024. The tv are small, we were put into the apartments and thought we were getting the condos so please call and make sure because this was not what we were expecting

The super dirty room, old building is not what you see in the photos, they just fool people, everything is fake, it is terrible the place I do not recommend it. I didn't like anything dirty old room, they smell ugly, the place is horrible.

Close to the beach, Clean, everyone was nice. It was a great place to stay I liked everything

Loved the location, right on the beach and walking distance to shopping and food. They gave my room key to another guest and then acted like it was no big deal when it was addressed. Not once but twice someone else tried to open my door with a key. Luckly the deadbolt did not open with a key. They also did not give me the wrist band to be able to use the pool.

Oceanfront Wasn't clean balcony was leaking and just disappointed

Nothing!! So gross!! Walked in walked back out!! Lost all my money because of non refundable slept in my car with my 12yr old daughter until the next day until I could find another room available It was dirty and stunk!! Felt like if I stayed I’d needed water shoes to shower and burn our luggage and clothes when we left!

Everything The entrance door was difficult to open with codes

As far as overall experience, we had a great time.It was an excellent spot for easy walking to the strip and to the fishing pier as well. I would definitely recommend for an affordable getaway So although I don't like to be the bear of bad news , the only thing I would consider is for the hotel to update their mattresses , they we're little on the uncomfortable side, other than that I have no complaints what so ever

Location was good Room was very out dated pillows was terrible ceiling in bathroom was terrible shower curtain was old looking mirror in bedroom was stained elevators was old and very slow hotel was very very noisy

Everything the staff the location the rooms are very spacious when ever I visit I'll be booking hear oh and the room was very clean There was nothing I didn't like everything was on point even when we checked out early there was staff there to at 5am

Close to attraction and ocean Is not too clean and also people are smoking marijuana on rooms
