Location and friendly staff, the view was great It is an old building kind of outdated

Location to bsch was decent. Pool was decent but boring after a minute. Rooms were filthy. Found a paci from a previous guest in room. Beds felt dirty. Carpet is like 40 years old and nasty. Rooms smelt of mildew. Elevators are pitiful. Price is not comparable to the quality of what you get.

N/A The photos don’t match the rooms. The rooms are old and out dated . Booking shows photos for the nice tower but sell you a room in the raggedy tower .

Never use booking.com again !!!! Or stay at this gross hotel!!!! The room!!! The service!!!

Close to board walk No hot water, beds felt like they were from the 1800s. Rooms smelt like mold they were old and out dated rooms were not cleaned properly found old ores on the floor and bugs. Would not recommend staying here

The location Everything this hotel had bedbug In the room!!! Told the manager In they did nothing about it!!! This was one of my worst hotel that i ever when to so far In Myrtle beach!!!! Taylor was the only person that will accommodate you when she's on her shift. If you want to get by bedbugs than go to this hotel if you want to!!!! Charge you to much for the rooms In the rooms aren't clean at all!!! House keeper don't come change out your towels or anything!!! The manager definitely need more training how to run a hotel

Right on the beach Nothing

Liked only the location and the staff lady.access to the pools beside us.balcony view was great.despite the balcony ceiling above us was rotting away. Ice maker didn't worker..had to go buy bag of ice.pots and pans in kitchen were nasty so we went and bought our own pans..bed was uncomfortable and no blanket on beds just top sheets.one elevator worked..stove and oven took at least 30-35 mins to just warm up.TV was small enough to put in truck cab..but we adapted and had a great time outside from the hotel..

Nothing g First of all I didn’t even check in. The lady let me go look at the room before I finish checking in. The rooms was very outdated. The carpet in the room had a bad whole in it.

Nothing Property is very out of date and our room was not clean upon arrival. Food containers left in fridge, empty drink bottle on the night stand and used soap in the shower!

Checked in and Checked out in less than 10 minutes. Very bad experience, did not stay , and was not able to get refund. The location of the room, I reserved on booking for ocean front, I received a room directly in front of the pool. Everyone that was at the pool could see directly into my room.

the location was good. right near everything. parking was included. the room was nothing like the photos, very outdated. the ocean view was kind of blocked by construction going on. lots of construction near hotel. lost power for a minute, took awhile for things to reboot. not that comfortable.

I was greeted nicely and checked out with respect and courteousness , Other than that nothing I did not get a pool bracelet as well as there was NO COFFEE at all in my room , nor anyplace to get it the shower had "little black curlys "on the wall not very decent at all. The carpet was torn . I dont mind an older hotel but this wasn't good at all with the exception of the staff . not even a place to get a pool towel .. If theyre not supposed to have bath towels by the pool then give them to people at the pool ... Very disorganized

Very nice staff, old building needs alot of work, but rooms were clean. Pool was very nice and clean. GREAT location, beautiful view from room. Old building. Needs many repairs, had an issue and they took care of it right away.

The friendliness of the staff. Very outdated
