It’s beat. They nasty.

We were charged extra when we arrived. The elevator and hall leaked. It wasn’t as expected especially once up charges applied when we arrived.

We liked the location and the pools! The beach view was amazing! Shout out to Taylor (Sorry if the spelling is wrong) at the front desk, she did amazing. She was friendly, caring and has great communication skills! Elevators were not consistently working, luckily we were on the 2nd floor so the stairs were not bad. And parking was hard to find. The parking lot stayed packed due to it being little so we had to use parking garage across the street

The location was perfect! The room was not as advertised. Very dated, dusty and low quality.

Nothing EVERYTHING

Our ac didnt work, they moved us at 3am kids cranky and I asked for an extended stay. And they said no we were up till 5am. Trying to settle back down.

The view I stayed in the older building and it was NOT worth the money we paid. It was out of date the refrigerator nor the phone worked. The toilet was so low to the floor and the beds was uncomfortable. The room itself is outdated.

The stay was a **0/10**. However, I will say the staff was friendly, understanding, and professional. Although they weren't able to accommodate my situation, they treated me with kindness and did their best to help. I booked an oceanfront room, but I could barely see the ocean because the trees completely blocked the view. There were several roaches and other bugs in the room, which was very disappointing and made the room feel unclean. To make matters worse, there was a dirty plate left in the microwave from the previous guest, showing that the room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The TV was also extremely outdated and very small.

Microwave was un usable due to rust and mirror was cracked . Tv wasn’t working . Had bed bugs and roaches . Nothing was clean . Front desk was everything but helpful . Booked a balcony oceanfront they gave me a patio by the pool ?. Booking is not having my back . Stay away from heere

The gentleman at the front desk was nice The lady at the front desk was the only one taking payment is that Saturday, July 11 the line was on and she was rude. You need two front desk people taking the payments not just one.

Nothing. After seeing the condition of the room, there was absolutely nothing to like about this property. We arrived at 8:30 PM and were given a room that had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. The room was full of trash, leftover food, dirty food containers, an unmade bed, hair, garbage on the balcony, and a terrible smell. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, so we had to leave immediately and book another hotel. The property is also in much worse condition than shown in the photos on Booking.com. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

Clean and great access to the beach and other activities! Not enough towels for 4 people for the weekend.

update needed and fix the elevator water issues also

I didnt like anything the room was dingy and dated curtains was dirty.I used a whole box of clorox wipes to clean the room top of bead headboard was dusty and dirty.Sitting chair was dirty the room had a odor fridge was nasty not to mention the air barley worked I called to front desk and staff stated he was on his way I guess she ment on his way home because he never showed up.For the cost im disappointed and will not recommend this resort to anyone. WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN. THESE ARE THE THINGS I DIDNT LIKE!!! Ps the room small as hell.By the way we didnt sleep on the bed in fear of bedbugs. I slept in the chair after cleaning it and putting a sheet in it .My sister slept on the couch on top of a blanket. I TOOK PIC BUT DELETED THEM THIS AM . I DIDNT LIKE EVERYTHING!!!I NEED TO HAVE SOME KIND OF PARTIAL REFUND..

at first, I was a little nervous about my stay being the reviews from years ago. But they review was proved wrong. This is the country of course the people may seem rude, but they were very sweet and patient. the room looked nice I was not there for the room I was there for the beach and places around the establishment. I loved the bathroom (the tub) the walk up towards the room. Wasn't clean, looked worn down. I was scared for the elevator breaking down, the stairway looked un kept. Could really do better with that.

I liked the view and the kitchen. The kitchen had pots and pans so I didn’t have to bring my own and also had air conditioning. Nothing I didn’t like!

Location only The hotel that was shown in the picture, was not the one we got. We paid over 1700 for a Roach hotel. We killed roaches the whole stay. The office called them tropical bugs. Bull?. They were ROACHES!!!! For the price we paid. We expected something more comfortable and relaxing. Without having to kill bugs. We were very disappointed in our stay. There were more roaches than in the pictures. Even in the bathroom. We just killed them and flushed them We were put in the old boardwalk hotel next to the new one.

The walk to the beach was convenient, and the small kitchenette worked well for our short stay. The biggest issue with this property was the lack of concern for guest safety. During our stay, there was what sounded like a violent argument in the hallway outside our room. I heard threats being yelled, loud banging, and crying from the room next to ours. I called the front desk twice because I was genuinely afraid for my family’s safety, especially with my child staying with me. I was told that security didn’t find anything and was advised to stay in my room and lock the door. When I asked if security could escort us to our vehicle because I no longer felt safe, I was told they would not and that I was “more than welcome to call the police myself.” That response left me feeling dismissed rather than supported while the disturbance continued. Regardless of what was ultimately happening, no guest should feel afraid to leave their room or question whether the hotel is taking a potentially dangerous situation seriously. We did not feel safe for the remainder of our stay, we left the next morning. In addition, there was only one larger pool while the other pools were very small, making them overcrowded. The room itself was outdated, and I noticed electrical boxes that were missing covers, which was another safety concern.
