Oceanfront Condos At the Strand

Great location everything is super close and easy accessible. Staff was friendly and our room was GORGEOUS. And super clean. The elevator was old, rusty honest needs an upgrade. Breakfast was mediocre not much variety.

The first night we didn’t have any hot water to shower with in one of the rooms. Small showers and no wash/dryer for public use inside of the facility

The location of the property was wonderful! Great view of the beach and just steps from the ocean. The room was extremely small. Housekeeping did not clean the room, make beds or clean bathroom after an entire weeks stay. Had to call front desk for toilet paper. Floor was dirty and had a large stain on the floor looked like a leak had occurred and a large floor fan was left there to dry it. Plastic chairs on balcony, breakfast buffet was terrible. Staff were not friendly and appeared to not like their job.

The staff was very accommodating. They took care of us and the employees were super friendly. I would recommend to stay at there hotel.

We come here every summer! It’s the best value for your money. Rooms are always clean, staff is always friendly, the view always exceptional and breakfast is always free! Thank you so much for always making our vacations so awesome! N/a

The pool by the beach

Loved how it was so convenient to get to the beach The bathroom wasn’t clean on arrival so I did have to clean it thank goodness for travel Lysol wipes.

Beach and pool area was nice! Free breakfast was great. The shuttle drivers were fantastic, they helped a lot with telling us places to eat and things to do. Front desk ladies were absolutely not helpful with anything. Put us on the 19th floor, asked to be moved lower because i'm deathly afraid of heights. Wouldn't do it, so I couldn't use the balcony in the room. Bar was supposed to be open at noon, we were lucky if they opened by 1 or 2. A couple of days we didn't get clean towels. There advertising online said attractions were within walking distance. They absolutely we're not in walking distance. If I had known that we would have rented a car ahead of time. Tried to rent one when we got there, but they were sold out. It was a very expensive tourist trap. I won't be returning. P.S. Why are the beds so high off the floor?

Everything was great with the room, but there was a strong musty smell. The carpets were old and dirty, and I had a hard time sleeping because of the smell.Also, the housekeeping could have been better.
