The property was duty and the ac not working and nothing coming to clean the room . I don’t recommend this resort.

We got a beachfront room and was the perfect hotel for our family! Was disappointed the bowling spot was not ready yet and the parking was annoying as everything was pretty much taken up and would drive in circles until a spot opened. Everything else was great!

Showers lacked adequate hot water.

Friendly Staff, loved the ocean view! Enjoy the music and I was impressed with the Security around the swimming pool area. The food was delicious!

Everything was great. The pools, the convenience, I am looking forward to seeing all of the changes when they are finished

Location Rude member of your staff on night shift, limited parking, construction, no room service for days not even to empty trash, in the suite full size bed hard very uncomfortable, pull out bed no sheets/ blanket and none in room to make bed.

It's Dumpy. Don't trust the nice online pictures of the pools and rooms. Check in was a nightmare, because you cannot park and check in. If you park up front an employee comes out and yells at you. There are 4 levels in the parking ramp, but 2 are being used by the construction crews doing the remodeling. There is little parking on site but don't worry, you can park off site and still be charged the same parking fee. We had a suite for 6 people. The room had 3 towels/washcloths, and it took forever to get some more from the front desk. I also had to call the front desk to get lightbulbs for the lamps, because there weren't any in the fixtures. The rooms are long and narrow, with an air conditioner on each end. The air conditioner by the beds didn't work and there was black mold and water damage in the bathroom. The carpets are packed with sand and haven't been vacuumed in a long time. Plan on taking the stairs, because the elevators are usually out of order or unresponsive. The pools are gross, and full of sand. I know they are remodeling for future guests, but they are neglecting the current guests.

An issue at check in left us waiting for over an hour to get a room. The room stunk and was dirty. There was a dirty towel left in the room from the last guest in the bathroom. There was a blood stain on the mattress and food stains on the pillow. The tv didn’t work and the rooms were very loud/noisy. Another guest had their car broken into while we were there. The pools were cloudy and looked dirty. Not as advertised. Avoid. We actually left a day earlier by choice and will not be returning.

The website is a total scam. The place is under construction. The parking garage is a total disaster the front lobby is a mess with a couple of desks. Our room smelled of cigarettes, the pool was filthy. Go to the 9th floor and look down at the pool and you can see that you do not want in that pool. It was a total rip off.

Due to construction and upgrades to the original building everything was a bit tedious with check in. It took a lot of time and patience because the checkin was at the Loco Ghecko. The overall cleanliness was an 9/10. They were close to being finished so it may not bother any new plans.But they also charge $12 a day for parking and I didn't find out until check in.

The hotel was decent although they are currently undergoing construction which should have been mentioned. So of the amenities were closed. The parking garage situation is horrible they only have 2 floors open and then you have to park across the street. The check in desk is located in the restaurant next door. Room had a horrible smell so cleaning is very minimal. But for the price it was ok.

Easy access to beach We were given the wrong room idk whose fault it was when we let them no after check-in we were told they couldn’t do anything about it I checked to see if the room we booked was still open and it was still no help

Our room was located near a parking deck, and throughout the night we could hear birds chirping continuously. The noise was quite disruptive, especially since we were unable to use the television to help mask the sound. We requested a room change, but the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available. Despite these inconveniences, I would like to recognize the front desk staff and manager for being courteous, professional, and helpful during our stay.

Very disappointed, the building was under construction, the beach was also under construction
