Captain's Quarters Resort

Exceptional

The rooms were spacious with beautiful views and plenty of seating and sleeping space for our family. I loved the variety of pool options, and having a bar and restaurant on-site was a nice bonus! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my kids absolutely loved their stay. Overall, it was a great family-friendly resort with plenty to enjoy! My biggest complaints were the cleanliness of the pools and the number of arcade games that were out of order. While I appreciated having several pool options, some of the pool borders had visible buildup and chunks of gunk, which was pretty gross to see. The pools could definitely use more attention when it comes to cleaning and maintenance. It was also disappointing that so many arcade games weren’t working, especially at a family-friendly resort.

Room was good especially for a last minute weekend getaway. Room was a little hard to find. Property could use better signage. Overall decent room and affordable

Our stay was awesome,my 3 year old loved the water amenities and the District.

I requested wash cloths and towels at 7 am and was told they wouldn’t be in until 9am , Before remodel they were available at the front desk. I waited until 10am still nothing. I called front desk again and requested again. Still nothing. I seen a staff member at 11:30am and requested again with them. Still nothing. I was there until 1pm and no one had yet given my family and I wash cloths and towels to bathe with. This was very inconvenient, inconsiderate and unprofessional. El loby rsta hermoso tiene varias piscinas tiene área de juegos y el desayuno aunque es de paga no esta tan mal el hotel esta muy bonito las camas son cómodas el sofá cama no me gustó para nada no se puede dormir en el en esa parte necesita mejorar

The renovation looked great. Great stay as usual Could not get the Wi-Fi to work in the rooms. Did not give the little pamphlet during check in like you used to give out with map and channels etc

Being that I had a total knee replacement it was very difficult for me to get in and out of the shower

The staff was polite and the check in was quick. The resort was kept nice and clean. The resort has a verity of pools and jacuzzi to choose from and easy access to the beach. I enjoyed my stay.
