Excellent hotel.

The toilets are very hard to flush and require multiple flushes. Could not open the patio door unless two people pushed (We are not weak). There was blood on the white comforter.

Very disappointed that there wasn't even coffee available in a lobby or other area. The refrigerator smelled sour. Staff was friendly and helpful, including front desk and maintenance.

This property was in need of repair and was not what the pictures showed will never go back and we left early to go somewhere else

The front desk staff was excellent and very informative and accommodating. From check-in to check-out they were so kind and always willing to help.

Wonderful experience, staff was very helpful, location was great, & access to the beach was nice & easy.

Room way too small for 4 adults. Handle on sliding glass door fell off. Had to bring towels down to front desk to receive clean ones. No supervision of kids in pool area. Free breakfast was only for 2 people, coffee not included, no bread products included.

Good stay. I enjoyed the free breakfast daily. I don’t like how far away the parking garage is. But I enjoyed everything else about the hotel

Housekeeping policies were useless. Replacing towels was difficult.

It was an average hotel and the room was right across from the ice machine and pool so it was a very noisy and busy room for our stay. We did like the location to restaurants and things to do.

Cons: Small pools. Parking required a block walk (not right next to the building). Hotel is next to a pier thats under construction 😑

staff: courteous and professional beach view: excellent ... can walk right out to the beach from the hotel breakfast: is not on site, its at near by restaurant.

We stayed in an oceanfront king efficiency, it was great place to stay! Highly recommend, will be coming back.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Right on the beach. Loved that it included breakfast all you can eat at Magnolias right up.the street. The hot tub was always in use but was worth the wait.

Property staff is rude and disrespectful. They play on their phones while people are trying to check in. They give no direction at all you ask questions and you don’t get proper information. My debit card was run twice and I was told it wasn’t and I ended up with a parking ticket because I was told to park in the lot between the trees I repeated it back to the girl and she said yes. When I confronted her about it she said a parking garage and when I walked away her and the other staff members laughed about it.

Liked no carpeting in room.
