Compass Cove Myrtle Beach

Right on the ocean front It's old but is well maintained After we checked in, we were sent over to a Time Share representative to pitch us to buy one. I didn't care for that. While waiting for our room, we ate at their restaurant on 2nd floor, they served us stale fish. My wife got diarrhea right away. On the day we checked out, all the ice machines in each floor were out of ice, we went down to the same restaurant above to ask for some ice for our long drive home, we were told they didn't have any.

The view & the food at crow's nest was good The tub was not clean, it was a spider in the bathroom and a roach was on the balcony

Great view of the beach. Pools were pretty good. Parking was good. It was very well located. There were hairs in the tub. The elevators were not very clean. The Restaurant didn't have seafood and it was a beach property.

The pools were great. Our room was completely unsanitary. We seen 1 dead cockroach on the wall as soon as we walked in then two live ones in the kitchen that night. There was food splatter all on the walls in the kitchen beside the stove and above where the trash can was. The stove was completely rusted, so was the shower. The carpet was filthy and we couldn’t go without shoes.

Probably the only good thing about this “resort” is the amenities.

We booked a double Queen suite with a Murphy bed and full Ocean view for 5 adults. We a got a king size bed suite with a Murphy bed and pull out couch and a partial ocean view was very disappointing with how much money we paid. The hotel said they were fully booked and couldnt do anything about it and hung up the phone

Compass Cove was the perfect location for our family vacation. We had a wonderful time with our grandson (2 years old). He loved seeing the Ocean and getting to play in the water. It's something that I'll remember for the rest of my life, I only hope he retains a little of the visit! 2 things, Elevators around the time of check out! They were all working but just had to wait some time. 2nd thing which is just the time of year was the excessive heat. I would say that the AC worked flawlessly!!! and kept our condo nice and cool for the whole stay!!! I think it ran for the whole week!!! Very thankful for that!!

The location was wonderful, lots of different pools, multiple beach access, enjoyed having a restaurant. I had two different complains and once I notified staff they took immediate action. Check in took 45 minutes it was very unorganized, the breakfast buffet was not good for the price, the beds were not comfortable, room was a little dirty upon check in, lots of noise through the night

The drinks at the tiki bar were delicious The first 2 days at the hotel our view was the back of the tiki bar and we paid for and oceanfront room not the back of a tiki bar so if you stay at compass cove in Myrtle Beach sc don’t stay in room 212

Bel endroit propre avec de belles piscines. Par contre très petite cuisine avec peu d’espace pour cuisiner. Il manquait d’équipement pour cuisiner mais après leur avoir demandé , ils nous en ont apporté rapidement.

Accommodate guests when they come to you with their concern with their hotel room . A returning guest should get requests automatically. Room wasn’t ready at 4 . Do better for returning customers

Property was extremely dirty (debris/trash in lobby, sidewalks, parking garage, hallways, and elevator). The parking was limited; we found literally the last spot. The hallways were not equipped with AC (very hot). The elevators were very, very, very slow, and only could hold 2-3 normal sized people and small luggage comfortably. The Manager on site was unpleasant. Don't stay here if you don't have to.
