Beach front and the view. Cleanliness was horrible. Shower caulking literally had black mold on it. Sheets had a rip in them.

Everything When you check in they try and get you to buy a time share. BIG ripoff

It’s on the beach. The room was decent and clean. There are two buildings separated by a street. This isn’t clear in the photos. You have to cross the street to go from the kids’ “water feature” to the slides. Mind you, the street isn’t busy but it is a street that needs to be crossed over and over with kids. I just wish this had been clearer in the photos. Also, they make you wear reusable wristbands…gross. Idk if they are cleaned between guest (I hope) but I just hated the idea of hundreds of guests using them. Also, they are adjustable to two sizes so either huge or two small. And if you lose one it is $5 to replace. We usually go to a different hotel (just down the street from this one) that also has an indoor water park and slides but we decided to try this place. It is ok, but we will go back to our normal hotel.

I am honestly surprised at the room

So spacious! Gives so many options of pools and hot tubs. Doesn’t have long waits to find a water hole to enjoy! Good restaurants and shops.. weight room good enough to get by.. great options! Quick responses by maintenance. Always attentive staff! Needs a deep clean!! We’ve stayed here multiple years and times now.. and this year just seemed like, their spring cleaning might’ve been skipped. Not nasty by any means, but a good scrubbing at some of the pool areas and such..

The breakfast was decent for the price My first room but it was switched and I was satisfied

The room was much larger than expected and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the oceanfront t view was awesome. Loved that they have multiple pools and hot tubs, especially the lazy river. Not enough kitchen utensils for use

I loved staying here, the crows nest restaurant in the resort was delicious, great staff! The pools and hot tubs were crowded but pleasant. I wasn’t aware of the fact they do not do daily housekeeping, you can request new sheets/bedding and do it yourself though. they will bring you towels and pick up dirty laundry. but cleaning wise (sweeping/making bed etc) you have to do on your own. the bed was comfortable. we slept amazing. The bathroom was very spacious and beautiful. Shower water pressure wasn’t super great but the hot water was amazing. Fairly close to most things. When booking through this resort you get some great coupons for excursions as well. the view was beautiful. there are so many things to do at the resort. they have live music, karaoke nights, happy hour, game room, fitness area, lazy river, kids water park. We will definitely be back to stay at the compass cove resort again.

im just glad i was barely at the hotel honestly.. its not bad as long as you plan to be out and about only
