The view is beautiful. Perfect location! Very clean.

I have stayed at this property several times in the past, but was a little bit disappointed this time. We struggled with fruit flies from the time we walked into our unit until we left. There were small tears in our duvet cover, and our shower curtain was torn. Things just appeared to be somewhat rundown.

Property had more than enough pools so none of them were overcrowded. Plenty to do at the property for my 11 year old son and his 9 year old friend. Close to everything and had no safety concerns at all. Resort felt like a resort and would absolutely stay in again!

Everything was good about the stay. The rooms are getting pretty old though, and I did wind up killing 2 critters in the bathroom (roaches, ew!) I did find a posting in the elevator stating annual pest control was working throughout our tower that day, so the problem did not recur.

Took a hot shower and cockroaches came out of vent in bathroom we packed and left a day early .

One of my favorite places to go with the kids. Love the pools and access to the beach. Thanks for making it worth the trip!

The rooms could used to be updated, but we’re clean. Keep one thing in mind. There are no USB connections for phone charging so make sure you bring something to where you can charge your phone. Lots of places for the kids to play will be back.

Staying at The Dunes Village Resort was very much like going on a cruise without leaving the land. There was so much to do,and so many ways to keep our 5 year old grandson busy. The restaurants are excellent, the bars are friendly, and the beach view was unmatched. Do be aware of a $30/day resort fee that is not part of the "total" you are given before arriving .
