Clean room

The room was clean and as described. The amenities at the property were amazing!! To be able to enjoy the water park all day in two locations and be shaded was great. Easy access to the beach, fun activities all week long. Covered parking deck.

Would return again!

Outdated room!! Over priced!!
-
Parking was a big issue. I never got anything I called to the office for. Couldn’t charge anything to the room so running back and forth from the pool to get a card was fun! And it wasn’t every clean

The amenities of the pool and water park were great like always. The activities for kids amazing. The room itself was in need of a major deep clean and upgrades. Holes in the wall, cracks in the shower wall, side of the refrigerator is dirty. They didn't do a great job sweeping before we checked in. I asked a cleaning lady in passing if I could use her broom to sweep myself, she said I had to call and ask them. I asked on day 4 if they could clean the room. They said they only clean on Tuesdays. I asked if they could at least sweep and change the sheets since the floor was gross from sand. They said they would sweep. Never did. Said they would bring sheets for me to change the beds myself. Never did that either. They could at least provide a broom since its a beach front hotel with hardwood floors. I've stayed in different units at this resort before and had great experiences but his was the worst by far. A regular hotel 2 queen beds room. The only great thing was the ocean front view.

Definitely a family oriented place. If you don’t have kids, this isn’t the place to stay. Was clean and restaurants served very good menu. The bar onsite closed at 9 pm. Overall a pleasant stay.
-
The pool was not available until 9 am and by then, too many kids in there. The hot tub was dirty with sand. The bar had watered down drinks. If you have small kids, this is good for you but if you want a cleaner resort, not possible here. The maid would give clean towels but never make up bed.

Amenities and location was great. The room I had was listed to sleep 6 but truly slept 8 had a Murphy bed and pullout. They are hard to go from room to room if in use but otherwise great value add. Place had everything thing to cover all ages. When you get home your tired but you wish it never ended

We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was great! Very clean, spacious, and nice views. This property has so many activities for kids! I would definitely stay here again!

Clean room nice view best lazy rivers and nice private balcony
-
The only minor issue was some initial confusion about accessing the parking garage, but once we figured it out, everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

This property is very family friendly. There were activities planned all throughout the day everyday for the kids. We didn’t have to leave the resort for anything. They had an indoor waterpark (including lazy river) and jacuzzis in the inside as well as an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and easy access to walk straight on the beach. A restaurant is attached that serves buffet, lunch, and dinner as well as drinks. Parking is across the street in a garage with easy access. All of the staff was great, made everything a smooth and easy transition/process. Great family-friendly resort especially if you are traveling with kids. My kids enjoyed the pool, waterpark, extra activities, and the glow party. Highly recommend especially if you are traveling with kids.

The property was a gem. We loved the amenities and the rooms were perfect for a beach vacation. Some wear and tare but only what’s expected from rooms where you’re coming in and out of the beach. Couch was not the most comfortable for hanging at night when the kids went to bed but overall it was a beautiful room and we were comfortable for the amount of time we were in there. Loved the ocean view and everyone on staff was super friendly. I only really knocked a star because of the terrible flow of traffic for check in. I could see a benefit to staggering check in times. Idk anything about the hotel business so maybe that’s unreasonable but we had to circle so many times before we could even get reasonably close and then opted to load our stuff from across the street because it was so chaotic. But the actual check in at the desk was so smooth and quick. The coffee shop was under renovation which feels like a bad time in peak season but not a huge deal. Overall we loved our stay and if we go the condo route again I’d go back.

-
Rooms were clean and modern and the entire pool area was clean with plenty of seating. The slides were my kids favorite part.
-
We stayed in the beach front suite which we love seeing and hearing the ocean nonstop. The room was spacious and as listed but just not the cleanest. Overall we enjoyed the stay, but for the price just wish cleaner and hotel could use some upgrades.
