Gulf Stream Cottages 300

Property was very clean and conveniently located close to the beach. The owner, Stephanie kept in contact from start to finish and made the booking process super easy. She went out of her way to make sure we knew she was available if we had any questions or concerns.

The owner Stephanie was absolutely amazing and answered all of the questions I had. The cottage was nice and cozy. It exceeded my expectations and it was less than a two minute walk to the beach. It was clean and had more than enough room for all of us (6).

This was an exceptional experience! What an absolutely beautiful property. Very clean, spacious, thoughtfully decorated.

The property was the perfect size for our family with our visiting kids and granddaughter. It was conveniently located to our soccer tournament, the beaches, restaurants and things to do. It was clean and the hostess checked in on us to make sure we had everything needed. Thank you! N/A

- Home is very spacious. The decor was cute and all typical home appliances were available functional. - Most importantly, the home was very clean. Quiet neighborhood. - Very close to the beach (beach experience was so awesome), kitchen well stocked with necessities (i.e., spoons, pots, etc.) there is a Wal Mart walking distance (probably 3 football fields length away). - I had no issues with the owners instructions everything was straightforward, and check-in/out was a breeze. Stephanie was great she communicated very well. - Not that owner can help this/influence this but there were four “motels” down the street that look terrible and have seen better days. These establishments attract interesting & different characters - enough to offer an awkward eye (the so what here: you walk pass these motels everyday to get to the beach). - No fence in the backyard (we got over it quick because we didn’t spend anytime in the backyard).

This cottage was the perfect size to accommodate my family. It gave us room to spread out and relax without being on top of each other. Close and convenient to the beach which made our beach days very enjoyable. Everything was great.

It was very close to the beach! It had everything I need and she was very nice and pleasant to work with. I will come again. No complaints!

The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location. I will be booking again in the future! The host Stephanie was easy to work with and had great response time.

We loved the safe, quiet, and clean environment! We enjoyed the setup of the place! It felt like home away from away! Everyone there was polite and respected each other! We were excited to know that we were so close to the beach, shopping centers, restaurants, plus more! To top it off, Stephanie was amazing! Her line of communication was exceptional from the first initial process until our departure! Whatever we needed or whatever questions we had, she made sure we didn't lack for anything! We didn't like that we couldn't have stayed longer! ?

location is great close to a grocery store and a 2 minute walk to the beach and ocean blvd. airconditioning worked good and there is a washer and dryer bed is comfortable reasonably quiet area stove top and oven did not work. also discovered some suspicious black "dirt" particles attached to the pillow cases and sheets on my first night, not quite sure what they were. insufficient dish soap available

The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. The property combined the comforts of home with a short walk to the beach. As well, it was a short drive (or walk) to various shopping, restaurants and activities. The pool was great too! I would highly recommend this property for wonderful accommodations, and Stephanie is an awesome host who is very welcoming! :) We liked everything!

House was beautiful and close to the beach. Just as described. Extremely easy to get to all attractions from the house. Owner was always available if I had questions. Made things so much easier. Only thing I might change were the shower heads. Used to mine at home having removable wands.
