Ocean Park Resort by Vacasa

The rooms was disgusting, it looked nothing like it was advertised to be, smelled like cigarettes, did not stay . Would not let my dog sleep in that place

everything exceeded what I thought I was getting. They even accommodated my late check out request with no hassle. View fromthe balcony was breathtaking. Nothing to dislike.

The front desk lady It was supposed to be pet friendly but the place to take your pet out to the bathroom was so far away and it was artificial grass.

Easy access to beach Sink would not drain, tub would not drain

That it was completely oceanfront, beautiful nice swimming pool great hot tub that the hot tub in the pool was open until 11 PM was amazing. My family had a great time there. The fact that it was swapping over management and I did not get the room that I was supposed to get I got a side view I was supposed to have ocean view

2. It took forever to get hot water 3. The door lock was poor. 4. My car got dented by a car door.

Easy access to the beach and the pools were nice We had no hot water our whole stay. I reported it and they fixed it but a few hours later the water was cold again

The room was nasty,beds un made , a total disaster ,they suppose to be giving us a refund

The bathrooms weren't all that nice and presentable, and the showerheads were a bit weak. The pools were half closed or dirty except for the main indoor pool and side jacuzzi. One elevator to access since the other was down. Some of the clean-up crew were disrespectful and inconsiderate of people trying to get through or be asked questions. The lock pass codes for access were a bit excessive for a standard bleak room.

It was wonderful and at great value. The office workers were outstanding. As far as the housekeepers they were rude and not friendly at all. We stood in the same hallway and waited on the same elevator and she did not speak. As we opened the door to check out the other housekeeper asked in a nasty tone what time are you planning on checking out? She could have had a better tone it was 9:53 our check out was at 10:00 and we were on the way to the elevator as she knocked on the door. Just rude.

Pool and hot tub Customer service, check out time, and the pool/hot tub closes too early. Front desk lady tried to charge me twice.

Close to the beach and they permit dogs Inside warm pool. Dog area . Murphy bed. Hope they keep. More comfortable than fold out sofa

The staff was excellent and on their game We didn’t know our rental was individually owned and the smell of dog was not pleasant! It differently needs some upgrades!

No breakfast the balcony was nice the bed was comfortable Room could of been a bit bigger too many cracks in shower

Convenient location, especially close to the athletic complex. Great beach view. Great place if you need to take your dog with you. Designated dog bathroom areas were convenient. Extremely outdated, shower didn’t drain, shower handle was broke so very hard to control temperature . Hot tubs did not get hot. Was not as clean as I would have hoped.

Clean rooms Property unsafe to enter or leave during severe weather conditions. Vacasa staff not helpful or understanding to allow adjustments to reservations for guests safety.
