This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were very clean, modern and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and there were lots of amenities including a poolside bar. I highly recommend the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean 22 to anyone looking for an upscale beachfront hotel.

The woman that staffed the Starbucks was miserable and didn’t make the drinks properly even when we were very very specific about what we wanted. We stay at Hilton frequently, and never have we had so many issues. I would go to the enclave next time. Maybe, and I mean maybe, their staff would be more hospitable. Broken windows in room. Broken air conditioner. Ect ect

Very nice hotel i really enjoyed everything!

Very good stay. Comfortable bed clean and very nice. close to everything. easy check in, great beach, friendly staff. Elevators mostly to busy. Kind of pricey.

Noise due construction did not allow us to sleep past 6:30 am

The market food is so terrible, don’t bother spending an outrageous amount of money on it. The pools are nice, but towels and small and thin. Staff was nice and considerate and the 24hr desk was a nice to have. The room could’ve been cleaner and not once did the floor get clean when we asked for it to (like trash and sweeping). The shower was pretty gross though, and DO NOT use the washer and dryer. The machines made the clothes I washed smell like mildew so bad. Overall the only good thing about this “resort” was the staff hospitality.

Nice property. Very limited breakfast options with a cafe that had Starbucks coffee not food. Prepaid breakfast should include ANY item up to the sandwich price. The server was very nice and let me swap out a sandwich for a yogurt. Room clean and quiet, pool and hot tub area awesome. First AM housekeeper showed up at 9 am. Granted I didn’t put up the do not disturb sign but it seemed early. No AC in lobby or halls.

Beautiful hotel and the free go kart/ mini golf was a huge bonus for my family. We must have been near a utility room and could hear the click-clack of the elevators all day and night.

Our room on the 24th floor was beautiful, spacious and immaculate. It had a partial ocean view. There was construction next door but the room was completely sound proof. Nothing

Long wait for elevators. Didn't get housekeeping for 2 days.

No breakfast included in the price of the room that I was made aware of. I firmly believe honesty and full disclosure is important at the time of reservations. It started with the surprise of off site parking. Then to find out that there was an active construction site on the north side of the building. Right outside of the balcony I paid extra for. The construction started at 06:15 hrs and continued until dark. The noise woke me up, and the concrete dust made the balcony unusable. I called about the noise, I was told there is no noise bylaws in Myrtle beach. Shame on your hotel to even renting out rooms exposed to these conditions.

I love my stay. It’s my 3rd year coming and plan to go back next year. What I didn’t is that the elevators is so difficult to use in the mornings.

Everything was perfect! The rooms are beautiful and worth the money! Everyone was very nice.

Room was very clean. The view of the beach from the balcony was picturesque. I will certainly be back.
