Marina Inn At Grande Dunes

Overall an excellent stay. Glad we asked for a higher floor to appreciate the view. We were initially on the first floor. Changing the room assignment added an additional 15min to check in. It was worth the wait.

Next time I'll make certain I have the Waterway view rooms.

Everything was wonderful, from the staff to the housekeepers; they were all very friendly and approachable.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the hot tub. There was trash in the tub and the temperature was not warm enough. Our overall stay was awesome.

I always love everything about each time I visit The TV needs to be updated. They are not art TVs which the world now uses apps that we pay for which don’t cost the business or at least have an HDMI cord would be nice

Loved it Now just seems a little worn starting to show Rooms were starting to show wear. Ripping carpet moldy and broken grout staining on ceilings around vents that were mildew needs a renovation and update for the price. Great staff

Loved the shower. Bed was very comfortable. Curtains blocked light from outside. Air conditioning was great, especially with ceiling fan. Bed was a little high for me to crawl into. Wished there had been towel rack near shower and maybe a rack inside to hang wash cloth. Not much of a view but then again it made for great privacy. The parking lot needed a bit bigger size slots. I couldn't get in or out of the car until it had been driven out in the open.

Perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Clean facilities and friendly staff.

Best place to stay in Myrtle Beach!! Fantastic!

Our 1st room was not clean. Their staff obviously does not move furniture to clean. We turned the sitting chair to face the outside since it was raining and discovered a panty liner attached to the back of the chair and the furniture and carpet was stained. We notified the front desk and asked them to clean the room and give extra towels so we did not have to sit on furniture which they did. While we grabbed a bite to eat, they notified us that they were upgrading our room which was a positive for them. However the same applies to the upgraded room. Carpet was stained, furniture was stained and the one chair had peeling faux leather with a huge rip in the seat. The grounds were beautiful. The inside definitely needs updated and well cleaned. The valet service was amazing and our valet guy was very attentive. I give him 5 stars! The beach shuttle was disappointing because our 2nd day on the beach, the shuttle broke down. We had to use uber to get back to the hotel which cost us $30 including tip. The man driving the shuttle was very nice and apologetic. When we checked out, we told the front desk about our shuttle experience and she offered us a few bottles of water for our drive home. We flew so that was not an option. The hvac system is very loud and can be heard everywhere on property. The hot tub did not work. The pool was relaxing and well kept. Overall my opinion is the property on the outside is nice the inside not so much. This place needs a definite update.

Nice property. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony overlooking the water was nice.

Excellent in every way, only the old furniture needs updating and modernization.

I enjoyed my stay simple because the staff made me feel welcomed and because of that I refused to complain about the room quality. The room was a bit musty in smell and there were a few things that were damaged or not working at all. The things I disliked the most is that I couldn’t take a shower because there was mold on the ceramic tiles.

Didn’t have hot water all three days

Our stay was brief but service was excellent for our short stay.
