Very nice! I'll stay again

The only complaint I had was that my room had mold over the shower. They moved me to another room on the lower level, and my issue was that it smelled outside the room.

Amenities were nice. Room is a little outdated with the furniture but overall it is a good location to stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

My experience was exceptional. The rooms were amazing. I have been to many hotels. This hotel is the best I have ever been to, hands down.

Definitely a must do

I stay here several times a year and like the fact the EV chargers are conveniently located on the property. Housekeeping did a great job. The pool was very crowded and lots of kids but we were still able to enjoy.check in is always easy.

It has that home away from home feeling. Alot of space, balconies were relaxing, walking the property was calming, seeing the boats & jet ski go by. Great restaurants on property, and Ruth Chris in walking distance. Close to 2 different Tanger outlets and mall. Plenty of activities within 5 to 10 minutes drive.

Very nice hotel. Room was big and had everything we needed. View of marina was very nice. Very friendly staff. Bus to the beach daily was amazing! 10/10 would stay again!!

It’s where I stay when I go to Myrtle Beach PERIOD. fabulous place, fabulous staff, beautiful rooms and views plenty of free parking and close to the beach but far enough from the noise.

We ordered room service and it was never delivered. We tried calling front desk and room service for hours and got no reply.

One suggestion: smart TVs in the room would be nice. We have been vacationing in Myrtle beach for 24 years and thus was by far our best experience. 👍👍

We really enjoyed all the things they offered. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms could be updated a little. The pool was nice.

My stay was comfortable and if I could give a true rating I would say 4.3/5. There were somethings that were uncomfortable but not necessarily something the resort could change. There was a bug in my room but they came to clean it very fast. The door in the master suite bathroom was off the frame slightly. The elevator was a bit hot but it was outside so unfortunately it wasn't something that could be fixed. The things they could control showed they cared. They cleaned constantly through the day. The staff was amazing Jennifer helped me check in and check out. Brian is the number 1 bartender in North Myrtle Beach. They had the cutest luau night. The pools and Jacuzzi were so cute. Any staff you spoke to gave great advice of things to do in the area. I will be coming back in September.

My family and I had a great stay!! Very clean, very upscale, so many amenities, beautiful vieww from the balcony.. Staff is very nice and helpful.
