Marina Inn Grande Dunes Condos & Suites

Our stay was brief but service was excellent for our short stay.

I’ve stayed here many times but this was the first time on the ground floor. The bushes/shrubs provided privacy on the balcony but they were so high, they took away from the relaxing view of the waterway. Therefore we didn’t get to enjoy the balcony as much. The room was nice but our shower never got hot. I probably would prefer to not be on the ground floor in the future.

Paring lot was far away and standing water in the shower bed was comfortable and view was awesome

Exceptional

When I made the reservation, it stated that breakfast was included. I had to pay 46.83. I attempted to get refunded by the front desk and the lady was rude and didn't oblige.

The private beach and shuttle van were the best part of the stay for my family. The rest of the hotel was great too.worth the money.

The staff is great, especially Cedic in the restaurant he’s very courteous and a great guy. Always made us feel welcome. A nice place but they really have to upgrade the rooms are outdated and the furniture is old.

Otherwise room was very large and comfortable ands had everything we needed.

Staff was very accommodating, especially using the amenities and shuttle to the beach. We will be back!

Enjoy every day I was there

Nice view Overcharged for two omelets which were not good at all . 40 USD for 2 omelets. We asked for a panini to home which they charged 10 usd to bring. We didn’t feel like we got the value of our money. Old hotel . Small pools .

The carpet also needs to be cleaned. I had to ho to CVS for a cortisone cream due to a rash that appeared on my leg. I would also recommend dish detergent be provided for the sink instead of running the dishwasher for 3 plates. Aside from that, the beach shuttle and private access was the highlight of our stay. The pool was nice and well kept and the rest of the facilities were clean and cared for. Last recommendation - the valet carts were strictly being used by the valet service. A family in front of me ended up carrying all their bags and had to make several trips from the entrance. Honestly if they address valet, steam the couch and carpet, and have the front desk proactively take measures for customer satisfaction, this would be 5 stars.

Really nice stay and great value

Excellent experience, even though we had a small issue with the room at check-in, the staff (and in particular, Chris, one of the managers), was very accommodating and helpful. The entire staff was genuinely kind and helpful - from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The property is great. The outdoor pool is exceptional as well as the bar tender (another Chris) who goes out of his way to ensure your stay is satisfactory. The property is not on the beach, but it does have a resort feel. We will definitely be back for another stay at Marina Inn.

Pool smaller than it looks. No control over kids. Running, jumping, screaming. Food is all tourist traps. Over priced and just ok. But I would stay there again.
