Great place super clean room and

My stay was great! Clean rooms and I really liked what I had access to with the wrist bands. Took 2 stars away because of the checking out process. It was an easy check out but when I was loading my truck at the loading zone some elderly man with a white van was rushing us. We had just pulled up and started loading our stuff. He was a local with a service van. The loading zone was right at the breakers resort registration office.

I was especially impressed by the excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere made my trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. Thank you for making my experience such a wonderful one!

Great room. Clean. As advertised.

Roaches were found in the room. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Only one parking space allowed. Kids were running down the hall and beating on the doors at midnight. It just wasn’t worth $1000 for 3 nights
-
Ask the staff to check the swimming pool frequently to remove vomit from the swimming pool before someone get sick.

We paid $301 for one night, and the room simply wasn't worth that price. The condition of the room was disappointing, and the pictures speak for themselves. During this vacation, we stayed at four different hotels and resorts, and this was the only one that left us disappointed.

Kid friendly, lots to do, decently priced food and drink, entertainment Cockroaches all throughout the pool area, pool isn’t cleaned throughout the day (hair, lashes, bugs, bandaids, trash) in the pool/lazy river.

Facilities were great- Location on the beach, pools, water park. Easily walk to restaurants. Overall the resort was quiet. The room smelled funky. Our toilet ran all day long. It also clogged several times and was serviced by maintenance. The guy said it needed replaced however that was not done during our stay. They never offered to move our room to one that had a working toilet. A functioning toilet is a necessity, not a nice to have.
-
Very polite staff and excellent customer service, room was very clean it has everything we need, facilities were so great very accommodating whole family loves it, close to all restaurants and affordable. None
-
Great location. Nice to have access to pools at all Breakers hotels around us. Nice lay out of room with ability’s to close off separate bedrooms
-
Location to the beach All the pools, slides and lazy river The bathroom specifically the toilet area was small
-
great location! right on the beach better communication by staff. we got there and the road was closed in front of the hotel due to a weekend event. it would have been nice to know that in advance

The room was outdated and didn't have a broom or a coffee maker. The staff provided us a coffee maker but did not bring a broom and only cleaned the room once during our weeklong stay. The doors and trim had an odd unfinished look like they had started to be painted so it was very unfinished. The furniture is worn and the carpet needs replaced. The view was beautiful and the room was spacious. I would recommend others with children to stay because it was very spacious, but this room really needs new furniture, better finishes and new carpet.

Clean room & nice amenities! Construction in the way of our view of the ocean also their was the smoke detector going off every time we slightly opened the oven when we were cooking & very had very firm beds.
