They charged me a $100 deposit and told me it would be refunded five days after my stay, but I still haven’t received it.

Got what I paid for. Easy access to room and beach,shops around hotel Bathroom sink slow drainage.

I loved the location and the different options for the pools and water slides. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and nice. When we first arrived, our balcony door wouldn’t close properly, and our bed was shaking, but maintenance came out and fixed both issues right away. The only other concern was that the kiddie pool didn’t seem to be as clean as the other pools.

The property is extremely clean, our room looked just like pictures and the pool and the beach were steps away. We will definitely be coming to stay again. It was so relaxing and the staff was so friendly.

Great location and clean. Shuttle was un able to pick us up from the airport so we had to pay for an uber but they did get us back to the airport. No option for DND. Maids every morning woke us up knocking for service. No option for later checkout.

The room was nice and spacious..beautiful view... Loved the DJ daily The temperature of the swimming pools..but the one next to my building was cooler..when I figured that out I stuck to going there
