Friendly Staff

Pictures are nothing like the actual rooms you'll be staying in. There was black mold growing on cheap tiled ceilings. The air conditioner wasn't working correctly and the whole room had a layer of moisture on everything including the worn down carpet and the bed sheets/pillows. The bathrooms are very small and not well maintained with grime and wear all over. They said it was non smoking but you could smell cigarettes in the room. Very unhelpful staff. We arrived and asked if we could see the room first which they said yes to. Then when we came back saying we were displeased and we would be staying at another hotel they told us we were charged and we wouldn't be getting a refund. We saw this hotel was half as much as every other hotel nearby (literally across the street), and we now know why. It's not worth the savings to stay here. Save yourself time and money and book somewhere else.

Very pleasant staff. Clean facility and very nice room. Only negative was air circulation in our room, smelled musty.

Hotel was clean, staff was kind and courteous. Breakfast was good, and beds were very comfortable. First time staying in a Best Western, and was very impressed.

Overall great place to stay, slightly off the beaten path but still close to all the important places. Only downside were the thin walls/floors hearing people around us and above us.

I like the room it was really clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The parking was great they had a lot of spots for us to park. The air conditioned room felt great. The only thing was the bathroom. I wished they had an air vent I could turn on because when you showered the steam covered everything and it was hard to see. But besides that everything was amazing.

Very basic breakfast. Could use more items, no English muffins or pancakes.Bacon, etc. Pool water was green and cloudy, not inviting. Bathroom vanity sink top too small.

Great location to Rt 91. Clean and hospitable with coffee/tea at front desk. Small breakfast room but clean and constantly refreshed. We stayed 4 nights and would return.

Room was updated and clean. Parking on site. Check in was a breeze. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

This felt kind of depressing, outdated and disappointing. A fine place to sleep for the night, but no where I’d want to spend any time.

Excellent experience at this hotel. I was only staying two nights for a wedding, but everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend!

Staff were helpful and pleasant. Bathrooms are dated but clean. Humid feeling in the room even with AC going. Will return in less muggy weather

Well located close to highway and amenities. Good dining options close by. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff courteous and welcoming. Breakfast limited and disappointing.

Front desk very slow. Housekeeping took the complementary shampoo and conditioner after I used half of each bottle but didn’t give us anymore. The soap as well. Thought that was odd. Great cleaning however and very nice. Property is kept pretty clean. It’s convenient if you are going to Mystic attractions or Misquamicut . Breakfast was very nice and well maintained. Overall a nice place to stay for a few days.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was marginal. Not much selection and very crowded. Your website stated that the breakfast was great. NOT TRUE. Marginal. AC in the room was loud which woke me up a few times

Our bathroom door did not shut properly. It was sticking and hard to open once closed from the inside. The first morning we were awakened by very loud banging and scraping overhead. A call downstairs stopped the noise for about five minutes. No sooner, we had fallen back to sleep, the banging began again. Another call downstairs stopped it again. We were told that "quiet hours" were until 9 a.m. and we were assured it wouldn't happen again. The following morning, we awoke to brown water in the toilet and sink. Therefore, we decided not to shower that morning or drink the coffee there at breakfast. We went and bought coffee at McDonald's. On a bright note, the staff in the reception area was very nice. Breakfast was just okay. For the price of the room, it was okay.
