Arrived in our room, the bathroom was filthy. There was hair in the tub. There was only one towel in the bathroom and no shower curtain. The cleanliness of the room was terrible. The hallways looked like they weren’t vacuumed and there was no air-conditioning in the hallways was 90° in hallways most of the day when you arrive there’s cheap Amazon lights at the entrance and the entrance was filthy.

Conveniently located close to 95 and downtown Mystic. Breakfast was decent. Friendly staff. Clean room. Room was a bit damp. Internet connection wasn’t great.

Rooms were clean! Hallways not air conditioned so super hot! Definitely a good affordable spot close to town

Air conditioner was leaking and the carpet was soaked, soaked through our luggage and clothes inside. Was given a different room but was told by two different employees that a manager would contact me and never did, they charged full price.

Rooms were clean. Location is excellent, a few min drive to all the major Mystic attractions and areas. The kids loved the pool. Hotel was what we expected, nothing fancy, but clean and safe.

Overall, will be back as usual. Manager and assistant manager have always made it great and provided great service. The housekeepers also do a great job!

The bed sheets were of low quality, scratchy. I expected better for $275/night.

Clean hotel. Rooms were basic, nothing out of the ordinary or exceptional. We didn't do the free breakfast but my observation was it was on par with most other hotels. Also, didn't use the pool but it seemed clean. On my own personal rant, the toilets were very low to the ground, lower than the side of the tub, so if that is an issue for you be forewarned. This is a pet peeve of mine. All in all I would say overpriced for what is offered.
