Marriott was initially unwilling to refund our money and offered no fee reduction since we used a third-party reservation (i.e. Expedia). Today, I called corporate headquarters. I was offered 50,000 points, equivalent to approximately one night at a Marriott Hotel and $100.00 toward our next stay. I would strongly urge any person or couple who values an indoor pool at a Marriott Hotel to call that hotel directly, BEFORE making a reservation, to learn whether an advertised pool is open. It might be best to obtain your response in writing.

Did not have hot water for shower or sink. Needed to wait to next day to see if could be fixed or move rooms which is an inconvenience with grandkid. Renovations ongoing is fine but the parking lot and deliveries are in the way of guests. Highly disappointed in the stay.

Over all was great

A good location. Reserved the suite which suited us well. We had a light out in the bathroom that took a while to get fixed. Hotel is under renovations which we were not notified of until a week before so no time to find another place. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

The cleanliness and comfort.

The suites are perfect for a girls weekend, and located so close to the shoppes. We have a great time here and the staff is always very accommodating! A kitchen with a full fridge, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, plenty of room. Coffee and breakfast is always great too!

We loved the fact that they offer a 2 room 2 bath suite. So hard to find! breakfast was great and one night they even offered dinner. the lobby was always adorned with snacks and a drink for guests as well. the rooms were pretty sound proof so that was a plus. The doors were difficult to open and close. one drawer didn’t close at all on the nightstand. also the air. my moms room barely got any air at all so it was a bit warm. our room got nice and cool but the ac unit made this very loud sound when it clicked on and off. woke me up multiple times. luckily my baby slept through it!

I’ve been using Residents inn for years and recommending them to family and friends. Love the convenience of multi rooms for multi family members. Love the use of having a pool for my grandchildren. I was sooo disappointed by the condition of the room. The carpet in the dining area was shredding with a tear of 1.5” x 10”. Causing a possible fall risk. The sheets were grayish and worn. Outdated is one thing , needing repair is another. So disappointing when looking for the usual dependability I’ve come to expect and enjoy when traveling. The ripped carpet in our room. The grayish worn sheets. The dirt old sofa and the one bedroom would not connect to the internet.

Location and breakfast outdated for the price.

There’s a kitchen & refrigerator. And they put cookies and iced tea out in the hotel lobby. I asked for a late check out. I couldn’t get one. Housekeeping was knocking on my door at 10:45 AM when checkout time is 11 AM. And the corridors didn’t have any air conditioning they were sweltering.

Dark and outdated . Never saw anywhere that it was an extended stay hotel , seemed like a shelter for low income . I reserved a suite months in advance and when I arrived was given two separate rooms I was the only adult with 5 kids and was just told my room wasn’t mine anymore because someone else had extended there stay . Breakfast was ehh , pool was nice and warm , would never stay again.

Breakfast Bar was full of Ants....and staff did nothing about it. The front desk staff pushed me off to the kitchen attendent. Who then told me he doesn't care cause he only works 2 days a week.

Location is good and staff was friendly. Appreciated the smart tv The rooms are dated/need some TLC but the bed was comfortable. There was a splatter on our door which was pretty off putting. But most importantly the pool area was inhumanely cold (ambient temp was 63 degrees), and the pool itself was cold. So, we brought the kids to swim after the aquarium and they couldn’t because it was too cold and were told it wasn’t adjustable.

The rooms Sometimes it got a little too hot in the room. It seems like there was no way to turn it down. Maybe it was on auto.

Nice and spacious room! All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was decorated so lovely for the holidays! The indoor pool could’ve been warmer, my son was really excited to use it but was too cold to stay in.

The staff were very accommodating. The room was very nice, loved being on the first floor. Access to the parking lot was easy. The breakfast had a variety of foods and was very good. We had the room with the fireplace, but was told at check in that it wasn't working because they were switching over the gas. I feel I should have been notified in an email before arriving that it wouldn't be working, and should have been compensated for it.

The staff is nice and helpful. Great location. The breakfast is great. The first day of our stay they didn’t have oatmeal. The facility needs to be updated, the carpet is stained and smells, the shower/ tub is falling apart and needs to be replaced.

Heater slash ac blows on bed all night. Very bad setup. Miserable left early due to uncomfortableness.
