Comfy bed! Beautiful ambiance and nautical decor throughout the hotel. Beautiful for family photos. Location could not have been any better off the highway and across from the Aquarium and Olde Town. Also 30 mins from Westerly def worth the drive to the beach for a romantic sunrise. Finally, have the buffet breakfast it was delish!

Loved the character of this hotel. In keeping with the area without being tacky. Our room was huge and quiet and the bed was comfortable! Have already recommended to friends

The location of the hotel is great if you are interested in visiting the aquarium or the Olde Mystick Village. Both attractions are a short walk away, making it possible to access shopping and dining without getting back in the car. The hotel lobby is also beautiful. The rooms are unfortunately dated. The bed is not particularly comfortable and the walls are thin. I heard my neighbors’ conversations. Please also be advised that this is the only property in Mystic that charges for parking. When I booked, the policy on Booking was that parking was free. I brought this to the staff’s attention and was told I should have checked the Hilton website and that other properties in the area charge. They are literally the only one and why would I have gone on the Hilton website if I was booking with a third party? After speaking to numerous people about this, they waived the charge, which was kind. Breakfast is also available for an additional charge. There are nicer options with more included amenities nearby and I think I will choose to stay with non-Hilton properties moving forward

Hotel was fine for our 1 night stay. The restaurant for dinner was okay. There is no EV charger on the property but there is a bank of high speed ones across the street.

The location in downtown Brooklyn was perfect. Metro and buses are a few minutes away. Same for major shopping malls, Starbucks, and everything you may need. There is also a nice playground for kids just next block. The property was clean and they allow you to park your car in the garage nearby. After check-out they offer luggage storage service (2$ x item) Our room (double queen) was quite small, which makes it a bit impractical when you are a family of 4 with 2 children. I may recommend to go for a larger room. The garage doesn't allow you to reach your car for the entire stay. This should be made a bit more clear in the property description. Not a problem for us (as we stayed only one night), but people staying longer may want to know in advance.

Rooms a little bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. However all clean and tidy. Great sleep!

This time we were not able to get into our room upon arrival around 2:30 - apparently checking is 4pm is non-negotiable unless there’s a wedding or other event & when we asked if we could get into any room at that time it would be great as we needed to shower & unpack for dinner reservation at a local place at 5 pm. Cut it very close & appeared we were bothering them. We asked if it was possible to get into any room earlier we’d be willing to downgrade- said they’d text us- they did at 3:55 ! We rushed to get ready & I took a quick shower & left my towel on the counter. Upon returning from dinner I went in bathroom & found a dirty/used towel on back of door hook. I was disgusted & due to the non-courteous attitude at front desk I figured I’d complain to someone who cared to hear. Thank you

The front desk people and the housekeepers were amazing.. very nice! Rooms were clean Lots of friendly areas to hang out Close to many things The bartender in the restaurant was not friendly. Was a little rude. My son didn’t see the menu the bartender had laid down and asked for a drink menu. The bartender said in a rude way.. I just gave it to you, it’s right in front of you. He just seemed annoyed to be there.
