The rooms were clean and quite large on the first floor. I would suggest if you're doing a girls weekend like we were..maybe find another hotel. It was just loaded with kids and families. We could not use the pool whatsoever.. It was wall to wall kids.

Beautiful hotel! We stayed there 4 nights and loved it especially my little one. They have so many activities for them to do. Also I can’t thank them enough we arrived Monday my daughter Had a seizure we took her to the hospital when we came back they pay for our dinner from the hotel restaurant. We would love to stay there next time we are there.

The location was great, and the room was very nice. The restaurant was average and billed as an extravagant experience. It was lacking in ambiance and the waiter was rushed (he said due to room service calls). I watched my drink linger in the service bar “window” ;for awhile. The drinks while sounding great, were just.. off. The Irontini and the Pear one, just did not work. I’m a bartender and couldn’t figure out why but they were not made well. The staff was largely unfriendly. Upon checking out on 8/14/26, I was trying to purchase a small item from the store adjacent to the front desk at around 10 am. The girl ignored us, and carried on a conversation about staff scheduling. She reluctantly rung me up and then didn’t even look at me or say anything, continued talking about schedules. The epitome of rude.

Not happy our room was never cleaned on our second day. Went to the desk twice, said they’d take care of it never did. Also spoke with the Manager no results

Property is beautiful. Central location to the attractions and shopping. We stay every summer. I feel like bathrooms are getting run down. They need to be updated. We had ants in our bathroom. Maintenance was great and attentive to the problem but it wasn’t ideal.

It looked just like the pictures, they had a pool and activity for the kids! Right across the street from Mystic Aquarium! No breakfast included, otherwise it was great!

Easy to find, clean, comfortable Ironing board was broken. I needed to iron my shirt but the legs weren’t attached to the board. That’s all though!

My only complaints were the toilet tank in our room was cracked and the shower seemed a bit outdated, not spic and span.

The property had too many children all over. You could not use the pool - kids had taken over. Linens on bed were dirty.
