Holiday Inn Express Mystic by IHG

This is the worst travel experience I have ever had, we were forced to drive on and locate another hotel to spend the night. Booking, please reimburse the $411.70 you charged to my credit card on 3 June immediately!!! See above

Nothing They sent an email cancelling my room while I was in the airport. I had booked monthes ago and got a last minute email they canceled due to remodeling.....would have been nice to have been notified earlier.

I pulled up and the hotel was completely closed due to a pipe break back during superbowl apparently. I booked the hotel in November. No email or communication that the hotel had been closed for my arrival may 30. Very disappointed that the hotel did not communicate this ahead of time

It was freezing cold couldn't even enjoy breakfast downstairs many guest complained and I booked 3 rooms and one had to change because tv wasn't working and then had a plumbing issue so room smelled like shit it was my mom birthday and it was just the worst weekend ever and I stayed at a lot of hotels !!! Was told I'll be getting a refund and yet still didn't get anything and the hotel number on site and on bookings isn't working all of a sudden this was the worst experience!! To top it off my bay had a body rash thanks to their sheets just not good and now I still haven't gotten my refund..... Location The main lobby where we get breakfast was freezing cold and me and my family couldn't even enjoy the breakfast because down there was so cold even lots of other guests felt the same way and we even made a complaint. Even your workers were so cold they had to stand in the pool area to get warm worst experience ever and I had 3 rooms for my mom 60th birthday and we had such a bad experience. Had to change rooms twice because tv wasn't working and then other room had a plumbing issues and it smell so bad like shit. My son even had a bad rash after sleeping on the sheets . This was not right I spend so much money and didn't get a good stay

I wouldn’t know because the hotel was closed down due to frozen pipes and water damage. They gave me no notice and no communication was available whatsoever. I hated this entire experience and neither party feels like I deserve to be refunded.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. It was nice to have the same two front desk worker's there everyday. I had a problem with the rooms fridge leaking and the front desk people replaced it quickly. I would recommend this hotel to others. I had nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Location was great. NONE of the outlets or extensions in our room worked. Shower was cold.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. I enjoyed making pancakes that machine was amazing. hahaha The gym was decent i was able to burn up some calories after having breakfast. The location was great and the restaurant in the area was decent. Looking forward to returning back. The pool temperature was great but the visibility underwater not that well, possible have to check the chlorine in the water. I notice some people were not taken showers before entering the pool. This is a must. I am a certify Life Guard. But overall The pool was refreshing.

Love that the breakfast includes protein options like eggs and sausage! The room was perfect for our accommodations. Enjoyed the seating area as we used the room to meet up with friends. The price of our room was on the high side for an off season in Mystic.

Breakfast was typical hotel fare. People I traveled with really enjoyed the breakfast.

Great location Needed sheets and blankets that weren’t in the room and were told they didn’t have anymore blankets

Everyone at the front desk was very friendly. Loved how close the hotel was to Olde Mystic Village. Wish breakfast was a little later. The plugs in our room were loose and our chargers kept falling out.

The breakfasts were good. They had a lot of choices. I think everyone would find something acceptable. The room had a bit of a musty smell.

Location was good. The sofa bed was wore out. Seemed to be loud at night with street noise.

Beautiful location, close to Seaport area, museum and village shopping. Breakfast was included, staff were exceptionally friendly, very clean. No complaints. We would definitely stay here again. We liked everything. No complaints.

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect. Room was clean. We paid over $500. For 1 night which was very high.
