Clean room and very comfortable bed.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and our granddaughter loved the pool. The breakfast seating area is small, but the food offered was fine. We'd stay here again.

Was told 4pm firm on check in Tried to check in at 415 Had to wait another 30 min Missed dinner reservation and was penalized financially as a result

They stopped breakfast at 9:00 which is early for people on vacation and then I could not even get a bowl of fruit from them. Also the first room I went to had no working phone or TV. They did change it immediately though..

Nice staff, decent breakfast, nice pool and clean. Housekeeping didn’t leave enough tissues and toilet paper so we had to keep asking the front desk. Tried to use the printer with no luck. Just kept saying error.

Good, clean hotel and Breakfast included. Breakfast was adequate for our needs, nothing fancy, but hit all the right points - served clean and tidy.

Room was all renovated besides the bathroom. Bathroom was completely outdated compared to the rest of the room. Thought that was weird because when we booked we saw an all renovated room with a renovated sink which we thought was the bathroom but they left the photos out of the toilet and shower. Also had ants climbing up and down the walls and we called the front desk and they said they would let management know and they did absolutely nothing about it. Besides that it gave us a place to stay in between the two popular spots of mystic and for that we were grateful. Wish we could’ve been assisted further with our concerns about the bugs.

Great location …close to Mystic Village and the Aquarium…lots to do and see…hotel had a nice breakfast and outdoor pool .Rooms were a nice size .
