Great location and it’s what you expect of the Marriott brand.

Attended Mystic for a wedding. Stash was nice enough to accommodate an early check in as I had been driving for several hours and still needed to get ready for the wedding. Had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious

Free parking The room we booked advertised 2 queen beds, we received double beds not queen. There were motrin tablets on the carpet from the past guest, the conditioner dispenser fell off wall and was empty in our bath tub upon arrival, there was garbage all over the floor in the ice room as the garbage can was full and no one picked it up so guests put it on the floor, the water in the sink took forever to drain and the noise level was obnoxious with screaming kids which was hardly relaxing. Lastly in the pictures there was a hot tub in the pool area which was a reason we booked it but none existed.

Room was spotless and very comfortable. Enjoyed the restaurant very much. The omelet for breakfast with tomatoes and chedder was excellent!!! Spa was superb, will be back definitely.

So close to Mystic. The room was super clean and quiet. Staff kind, loved our food/beverage voucher. I used the gym and it was very well equipped and clean! Thank you!

The door didn’t work. It got stuck and after an hour they gave us another room. Also, they double billed me.

The Ceruleun Spa was amazing! The temperature of the room was really warm even though they said that an "engineer" looked at it. It appeared that the thermostat needed a new battery. We couldn't get it under 76 degrees! Also the couch was like a chaise lounge rather than a sofa bed and needed to ask for linens that really didn't fit and came outside of our room in a trash bag.

Great place to stay near Mystic. Close enough for a short drive but away from the crowded downtown. The restaurant was amazing over two dinners and a lunch. Very unexpected quality. The pool was clean and great for cooling off. Staff was very helpful and professional. We had a great weekend and look forward to going back.

Our AC unit in our room was not working. Management did not offer us any resolution. We over paid for a room with a broken AC. We should be entitled to a partial refund.
