The location was perfect for our concert at Nissan Stadium. Uber only took 10 minutes to get us there and Broadway. Everything was perfect other than a couple hairs on the sheets, but we ended up just flipping them inside out. We only stayed for one night and that was perfect. You do have to download an app to get your room key. Room was great and we loved the pool table.

Both sinks had hot running water but the shower ran completely cold. Floors were noticeably dirty and couch had visible stains. The check-in process was easy after speaking with a staff member via phone.

Had a great overnight stay for my friend’s birthday! Great location and price. Loved the space, decor, and view. Also loved the foosball table! Will definitely stay here again. Only complaint is having to pay $28 for the parking lot

Poor communication, have to text to check in as there is no staff on site, when I did they told me my reservation had been cancelled and that there was no contact info on file for me. Claimed they reached out through Expedia, however I didn't book with Expedia for the stay. Luckily found a place to stay on short notice and it all worked out.

Do not book here. I would give it a negative 3 if I could. Easily the worse place I’ve ever booked. The room was nice but there is no front desk. I had to call some gut multiple times to get access to my room. Room was still dirty, stains on the couch, trash in the bathroom and there were roaches which my wife is allergic to and she had an allergic reaction. We had to book elsewhere.

The apartment itself was very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable, the couch was nice to have with the extra pull out bed. It was super quiet in the whole building itself. My only complaints were that checking in was slightly complicated; it took me about 20 minutes of finagling on Expedia/contact to get the instructions. Parking was also $32 a night after tax which I wasn’t expecting, especially because the app made it seem like the space would validate the parking. Overall, it was a nice space though and I would stay here again.

Parking fee should be disclosed in listing. This is basically a hotel acting like a bunch of airBNB apartments. The room has spacious, but poorly appointed. Large kitchen, but very basic tools. Coffee maker missing parts (and the replacement had the same issue.) Location is very industrial, but quiet. $10/ten minute lyft/uber into downtown.

The lighting in the bathrooms definitely needs to be improved. I couldn’t even put on my makeup. The couch in the living room looks good with the decor but it was sooo uncomfortable. If it was my property I would replace it. Other than that it was great. Comfortable beds. Great AC but the unit was really loud in the main bedroom it kind of disrupted their sleep in there. Very nice change from the usual hotel room!!

Waited over an hour just to find parking. was told to go park across the street at burger king or sonic overnight like what? Bed spring was broken and couches had stains on them. looks way nicer in pictures.

Room was very nice and clean! Check in and room key was a little confusing because it is all on the phone. But other than that it was a good stay!

They cancelled my reservation. They somehow had me checking in a day earlier on Friday even though my email confirmation shows me checking in on Saturday. It’s one guy sitting in a hallway with a rolling chair and they told me they had no rooms available even though my reservation was for the next day. Didn’t offer to work something out or call anyone even though it was their fault. The parking is ridiculous. Over 100 units and space for maybe a 1/3 of that. I’d recommend just staying at a real hotel with an actual front counter that can take care of any issues.

There is no front desk or staff to help at all, there was no communication on downloading an app and getting a code because nobody emailed or text me before arriving I was left standing in the hall not knowing what to do, there was no response for over a day when I asked for the internet information. The room was clean once I got in.

The room was better than expected. Well maintained and felt like a home away from home. I will definitely be coming back!

It’s in a great location easy to access the city. We took lime scooters and had a lot of fun! The room was fully equipped with everything you needed, soaps, to bathroom, toiletries, laundry soap, paper towels, pots and pans etc. we would stay again, and we would be prepared to pay for the parking. We think had we known we would not have been so upset over it. The bed was comfy, the living room was bright and inviting, the bathroom was clean and nice and had room for extra guess with a roll away bed.

Parking lot not easy to get to. Using an app to open the door is a major pain. Communication with whoever runs the place is not good. We arrived and had no idea what room we were to be in. No feont desk or anyone there to help with finding room and understanding how to access the room.

Room was clean and comfortable. However, the parking situation is atrocious. There is nowhere near enough parking for the number of units. We paid for parking, then went to dinner. When we returned, there was nowhere for us to park and we had to go find another lot and Uber back.
