For the price and it proximity to downtown you can’t beat it.

Room was fine, the shower needed some repairs. Water would not drain. Breakfast was typical. One day got down at 830 and there was no more coffee.

The value met the need. I would not stay on the 1st floor again as it was noisy early in the morning. That the hallway to our was noisy early in the morning.

Price, location, friendliness of staff. Ease of check in. Room was clean, shower had great water pressure. 10 minute Uber to Vanderbilt University & Broadway with no traffic only about 15min with heavy traffic. 15min Uber to & from airport Room smelled a little musky

The staff did give me a hard time about asking to use the locked lobby restroom to wash my hands when I first arrived. One of them literally followed me down the hall to question me after I gave up asking. I arrived early, but couldn’t check in yet, and repeatedly told them as much. Both he and another female worker were quite rude and accusatory. I would stay again bc it’s clean and affordable. Really all you can ask for these days.

The hotel seemed to need a lot of repair. There was a strange chemical smell in the hallways. There was also a dehumidifier in the hall. I wondered if sprinkler system had recently gone off. The beds were somewhat comfortable, but the pillows were terrible and flat. We stayed for three nights and never saw housekeeping. The hotel is in a sketchy part of town. Every morning there was someone outside asking for money, and there were people constantly walking out into traffic that looked as if they were on the edge of overdose. I was worried my truck might be vandalized.

A very clean place breakfast was ok just sausage each morning would have like bacon. The rooms were clean staff was friendly.

Breakfast was not good at all TV didn't work the first day of my 3 days .I asked for help which never came. Ice machine didn't work on second floor where I stayed. The exercise room equipment was terrible and dangerous.No guest towels all 3 days And the water machine in there didn't work also no sanitizer was to be found
