All well, great breakfast but if room faces highway will hear traffic all night.

Breakfast was wonderful The room had tore / wore out window shades making the place seem unmaintsined

I liked the price of it for one night and how quick it was to check in. The tub was peeling and looked like it hadn’t been updated in years. the curtain had holes in it and would not roll all the way up. the rags had stains on them, luckily we bought our own. The front desk associate was very rude

Hot breakfast and friendly front desk. The smell of mold and mildew not acceptable. The plaster off the walls and ceiling is coming off. The 1990s is asking for its furniture to be returned! The homeless roaming the exterior and interior of the building is unacceptable. The HOLE in one of the bath towels is unacceptable. This hotel does NOT belong in the IHG family of hotels. I'm just now reading all the negative comments. What gets me is the GM of the hotel is using AI generated apologies but NO CHANGE, and I'm reading reviews from over a year ago. Can we say RENOVATE.or call this a MOTEL and NOT and IHG hotel!

The room was date and had a lot of blemishes ,but the staff was awesome the room was very clean and the front desk was welcoming and friendly.

This was a dirty, smelly, hotel. Very disappointed that it is an IHG property. Our room smelled musty like the AC filter needed attention. The bathtub was a disgrace. The cabinet below the in room sink was disgusting. The TV was at times difficult to watch & other times unwatchable. I asked the front desk for assistance & was provided ZERO assistance. I saw “rodent” traps in the lobby. I have pictures from our room, our bathroom, the hotel hallway. The signs were on the wall reading “ending” instead of “vending” because there were no longer vending machines. Your shoes stuck to the tiles as you walked, the lobby furniture was chipped, and uninviting. Feel free to contact us, we have photo evidence. ZERO stars.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, Wonderful breakfast, and very convenient room for handicapped relatives short distance from the parking lot. This is the best place we have stayed in several years and that is why we keep coming back. Only thing I can think of is very thin and rough toilet paper.

Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Room was nice. Bad patch job on ceiling in bathroom.

No tissue in bathroom and the room had a old smell when I arrived. I guess it was the carpet that was giving off that old smell. Other than that it was an okay stay.

The hotel itself was clean but the hotel was not well kept . There were a lot of furniture and things in the room that were broken. The cabinet was missing a door, the toilet tissue dispenser was broken and the dispenser for the soap and shower gel was broken as well.

It was perfect for what I was looking for…a clean, convenient place to stay overnight.
