Scottish Inn - Nashville

The only thing that made me book this place is because was cheap and cheap is what I got even tho 120 dollars a night for 4 nights I tried to have way better stuff where to stay Was dirty and the biggest scam is they advertise as it has WiFi and once you get there and check in no refund is allowed unless you don’t check out again so I was stuck there and had to go to coffee places to work on my laptop

I lost my money on this and nobody was there for me to get my room

The TV in 202 didn't work and there was no fold over lock on the door

It was in walking distance to Mc Donalds and a gas station. When we check in to the room the mini fridge was unplage , looks like it was from the 60s / 70s room was really dark not enough soap or shampoo and only one plow for each person on a king bed the blanket was unpleasant and thin.

The location and it was smoking room There was only one small trash can in there . The towels looked yellow and it just needed several things fixed

The only good thing was the room had AC Everything. The rooms are smoking rooms and they are so dingy and gross

THey didnt offer what e booked. 2 beds and nonsmoking. we got 1 bed and smoking. The refrigerator didnit work. the sheets on the bed had stains and hair.

Only hotel I ever stayed at with a 10am Checkout. Hardly anyone staying there. The Manager wasn't very helpful Later checkout

Wasn’t clean. Hair in tub and sink. Bed was hard. Staff was rude.

The only thing I liked was how it was close to convenient places such as food and Walmart. We had a balcony that we couldn’t even use due to no door only a window looking out onto the balcony, the ice machine was out of order and apparently has been for months, we only had a half used roll of toilet paper in our bathroom, the bed was hard as a brick and the blanket felt like a moving blanket at best. No power outlets close to the bed to plug up our phones the closest outlet was on the opposite wall and even with my 6ft phone charger it barely reached the nightstand. When we was going to check out the worker came to our car while we was putting our stuff inside asking for the room key instead of waiting for us to come into the office to check out, it was very unprofessional.

Location was the only thing. This place was awful. Dirty, uncomfortable. The rude owner at the desk will hound you to leave. Early even. Check out says 10, it’s actually 9:30 with a 9:15 recall on your room phone. Roaches. Mold and mildew in the shower.

Filthy. Roaches in the room, roach droppings in the shower, mold on the sealant in the shower. Tile falling off the wall at the tub, dirty sheets, forced early check out. Rude.

Fine place to sleep for the price. What I expected for a motel at this price point near down town. My room was overdue for a deep cleaning. Carpet was especially dirty where it met the walls, collecting bits of debris and dead spiders. The mini fridge was non functional with the door stuck ajar.

Price was appealing Everything. Starting with rude people at reception to roaches in the room and mouldy toilet paper roll.

Both of my very valid credit cards were declined so I had to pay cash, fortunately I had some at midnight. I was completely unaware that "smoking" rooms still existed and were the only rooms available. No wifi on the premises. Interior security latch was completely missing in a VERY sketchy neighborhood. Air conditioner was completely off so it took about an hour to get the room temperature down to the point I could at least use the sheet.
