It was good

My family and I welcomed the beauty and convenience of hotel.

Our employees had to change hotels due to drug activity in the parking lot. Not a safe area.

Very clean

This hotel was fantastic! I liked the fact it was kind of hidden away from high traffic areas to give more privacy. The refrigerator in our first room was making a high pitch squealing noise and the front desk attendant immediately offered to move us to a different room, which I thought was really nice! I had accidentally booked a King bed room and he was nice enough to switch us to a double bed room, too. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast had a lot of choices, which was appreciated. There was ample parking and the lot was well lit. I would definitely stay here again!

All good, I requested Turkey bacon or sausage, this would make breakfast complete

Great place to stay for families

Clean hotel but the walls are made of cardboard. I got no sleep because all I heard was loud walking and banging from the floor above me for hours at a time throughout the entire night, loud talking from the people next to me, and doors slamming for two nights in a row. Only one of two elevators was working. Other than that, the free breakfast was decent. This was my second time staying there, but don't think I'll be going back.

Great hotel for the price! Everything worked everything was clean and nice, definitely would stay again.

The property is good and nice … located in suitable place near from the know Opry mills

So the hotel was nice but in the middle of a somewhat hood area. There was a Motel right behind it. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was big and clean for the most part. The chairs in the room had some permanent stains due to the material. You can tell it was just renovated but the lighting in the rooms hang super low by the beds and there isn't enough lighting in the room, it felt a little dark. The bathrooms were very nicely done. We did have an issues with the shower knob as it broke after the shower was on and they had to come put a handle on it to turn it off but they were quick and responsive about the fix and stuff happens so it was no problem at all. The parking was fine. The breakfast was a normal breakfast with premade food like eggs sausage and biscuits. There was a lot of fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice and pastry options with a waffle maker as well. Located about 15 mins from everything like the mall and restaurants and Arena.

Great location to the mall and airport

the elevator was always dirty, there was a puddle of something in it one day, The smell of weed was strong. The shower was not well sealed so the water on the floor of the bathroom made it slippery. By far the worst thing was the 3rd. morning when my husband went to heat coffee in the microwave, there was an old box of chicken nuggets, and an old bag of lime chips left in the microwave. That was so disgusting, and it made me wonder what else the staff didn't clean. It ruined my whole stay and will not recommend this hotel
