Had a Wonderful Time!

The AC in the room was not working properly. We had to turn it down to 65 in order for it to stay on and cool the room properly. Froze all night because of it.

Stayed for one night prior to an early morning flight. This hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff was kind.

Everything was well cleaned, and the check-in process was smooth. My only complaints are the $ 10-a-night parking on-property fee, and the $75 safety fee, which I was not told about until I got there at the front desk. I even re-checked all the emails, and it is not mentioned anywhere, or on the site that I could find. The lady at the desk was very helpful, though, and we came to an agreement on it. So overall, a 10/10 experience. I would stay again if I am back in Nashville.

The room and the staff were amazing

Everything was Excellent!

Room was decent (223), had a bit of a musty smell I chalked it up to the AC. Shuttle service was very useful for the conference I attended. Breakfast was nothing special but sufficient. Very friendly staff

While trying to update some rooms the hallways were blocked and for some reason the TV was not working the last day we were there

Easy check in and check out, great shuttle available to the airport.

The stay was characterized by everything being very clean, new with small touches such as makeup wipes left in the room. A very pleasant surprise an excellent bargain

The staff and room was amazing very friendly very helpful as well ! Would def come back if I was in Nashville again . Big shout out to all the staff truly you all were awesome !!

Everything JUST RIGHT!

Parking lot great. Small things not good: we had not so clean floor. Bathroom I am with my wife but we had one body towel left for us. In shower area in tub sitting chair was broken , I didn’t need it but they tried to fix but didn’t done well. If there was elderly person yesterday we’re leaving this place to hospital maybe broken bones. Anyway all in all nice and hope you all take care this small things . As they say small things is small but disgusting . This almost 18 min to 12.th street. About 13 min to opry mills mall. 23 min to broadway street.

Clean room, friendly staff. Love that they have a shuttle from the airport and breakfast.

Housekeeping never came to change towels. Desk people were able to provide them. Room phone does work.

Also, she said they didn’t have king room, only queen. And she said if we are not agree, we can go to other hotel. This was absolutely incredible!!!!!!! Of course, we canceled this room and we went to other hotel after 9 pm. Additionally, I have to wait one week to recovery my money back. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel!!
