The staff and room was amazing very friendly very helpful as well ! Would def come back if I was in Nashville again . Big shout out to all the staff truly you all were awesome !!

Everything JUST RIGHT!

Parking lot great. Small things not good: we had not so clean floor. Bathroom I am with my wife but we had one body towel left for us. In shower area in tub sitting chair was broken , I didn’t need it but they tried to fix but didn’t done well. If there was elderly person yesterday we’re leaving this place to hospital maybe broken bones. Anyway all in all nice and hope you all take care this small things . As they say small things is small but disgusting . This almost 18 min to 12.th street. About 13 min to opry mills mall. 23 min to broadway street.

Clean room, friendly staff. Love that they have a shuttle from the airport and breakfast.

Housekeeping never came to change towels. Desk people were able to provide them. Room phone does work.

Allow enough time for check in if you have stuff scheduled. They were really busy and had to wait over 1.5 hours past check in to get a room that we had scheduled several months ago. Also maintance closed both down stairs bathrooms for guest at the same time. That definitely wasn’t thought out very well.

The main TV channel cbs did not work. My rate was not properly applied when I checked in. It had to be adjusted. The TV had bare minimum stations. Fees for parking.

I booked through a 3rd party. When I got to the hotel and checked in, the receptionist didn't notify me of any issues. When I got to my room, it was a double room. I reserved a king room. When I called to see where the mistake happened, I was told they overbooked on king rooms. When asked why that wasn't communicated to me at check in, the lady was apologetic and said she would speak with her manager and get back to me. That never happened. I spoke with 2 other receptionist who told me the same thing. The experience wasn't terrible, but the customer service was poor. Housekeeping was very slow due to being short staffed. There wasn't enough parking for a fully booked venue

We liked the Quiet Atmosphere. The Rooms were not Ready upon checking in at 3:00 pm and waited. The Room Key Card did not work 2 times and had to go up and down to get new key card and get it corrected.

Good hotel. Quiet location. Beds were firm but not rocks. Really only complaint is the tiny pillows

Perfectly adequate. Rooms have paper thin walls and thus there's a lot of noise from neighbors. Otherwise it was what you would expect for a place where all you're doing is waiting for your next plane

The property is independently operate, not the usual Hilton quality.

I was not happy with my stay the keys wasn’t working only 1 elevator it was always a wait for towels. Elevators wasn’t working going down so we had to keep using the stairs and they had to keep letting us in the room.
