Very clean the staff was attended when you walk in. It smelled amazing and they made sure that whatever we need we got it. Thanks again. I will definitely be staying here again.

Me and my friends had a good stay at Sonesta. They did overcharge me for parking but they were happy to refund me and apologized for the inconvenience. The restaurant they have there was good as well, I got a perfectly cooked bacon cheeseburger.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, and very comfortable room! We watched planes land right out our room window.

But throughout my stay the elevator ,and the hallways smelled like marijuana People were openly smoking just outside my room. Other than that the place was nice

The room was horrible. It smelled like old coffee and old urine. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed. We had to go get things to clean the room. We stayed in room 702. Yes the front entrance is beautiful. But the rooms a horrible!!!!

Great stay! Clean rooms, great staff & more.

Our room ac was not great. I every night while sleeping we would wake up in wet blankets bc it was so humid in the room. Parking was expensive at $20/night.

Parking should be free.

The Sonesta was clean and located centrally to downtown. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy

I enjoyed my two night stay. It was so easy to check in. I prepaid my room. The hotel was immaculate!

This has been a great hotel, close to airport and close to downtown. Staff was always very helpful and helped with all questions.
