The ladies at the front desk was great. The servers also Hotel need to be polished a little bit. And updated.

The staff did not provide services for the room.

From the moment we walked in to this establishment we knew this would be a great stay. Staff was great and greeted us, informed us of their amenities and special events going on as well as informing us about breakfast options. Rooms were roomy and clean. We travel generally with 4 adults and 2 teenagers so saying it’s roomy is huge! (Pun intended) They offer shuttles to airport for people wanting to do that, Social hours where they offer free drinks and snacks and a pool that opens at 6am! For an early swimmer like me it was a delight to have an early morning swim before breakfast. This place offers made to order omelets as well as a full serve buffet with things like grits, bacon, eggs, fruit, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt etc etc.I would definitely stay here again. Parking was only 20$ for the night which I thought was pretty reasonable considering as you get closer to the city it can get pricey. Only a 15/20 minute drive to broadway area as well. The property appears to be under construction. The breakfast and lunch bars could use a bit more organization.

It’sa great hotel with a great breakfast, but just like many hotels, they seem under staffed. We needed a blanket and pillowcase for the pull out couch and they said they would bring it up to the room but over an hour later we called down and they said they didn’t have the staff to bring it to us but we could come to the front desk to get it. My husband had done down to the front desk to ask for it in the first place. Breakfast needed more attention too, but there just wasn’t the staff to keep it going smoothly. Otherwise, very clean and comfortable as embassy suites consistently is.

As soon as you come in you get a smile and greeted. The hotel is very clean from the moment you go in to going to your room. I was accommodated with crib fast. The breakfast is excellent. Our family will definitely go back to stay.

Would recommend and return if in Nashville again

A few bugs in room , shower curtain ripped and on our last day, the bathroom ceiling started to leak

My only complaint is the bed was as hard as can be

Drain was slow in shower. Filled up 1/2 way in tub while showering. Room 726. Check in / out staff very friendly.

Staff was amazing

The staff were all great. The hotel was going through major construction, but that was just an eye sore

Breakfast was solid with pancakes (made by staff), oatmeal with toppings, fruit, scrambled eggs, cereal, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, bagels, English muffins, and grits. They also had a chef preparing omelets with several ingredient options. When the hotel was busy, the omelet line moved very slowly, but on a quieter morning we got them quickly and they were decent. The pool area is large but shallow—mostly 3 ft with a 4 ft center. The water was a bit cloudy, but the area itself seemed maintained. Because the hotel accommodates many guests, the pool can get crowded. Parking was included during our stay despite online notes saying otherwise. The surrounding area is quiet, with other hotels and office buildings, and felt safe to walk around. The room was fine with comfortable beds and a working AC. Only 4 elevators but we never seemed to wait long even on the busy day.

Staff refused to do park and fly. Said they couldn't even though I have did probably once a year for the last 12 years. He claimed they are having vandalism problems.......

Great place to stay. Far enough from downtown there is no traffic, but close enough for a 15 minute drive.

The construction/maintenance was a probably a must and that it through a very tiny small kink in the stay, but it was all good. I will stay there again.
