The environment of the commons area is very nice. Happy hour was great. We didn’t get to sample breakfast as we left too early.

Breakfast staff were not friendly, the selections were very limited. Bed pillows flat, toilet bowl ran 15-20 minutes after use. Dining area floors were sticky. TV’s are old models, no streaming or Bluetooth. Outdated furniture, Shower curtain was worn with multiple holes in it. One of the worst Embassies I have stayed. They really need some improvements for the price.

Room smelled like dirty rags, left a lingering smell when we left the next day. One of the queen bed was slouch on one side. Some area of the carpet was sticky. It was a quick night stay after a long drive. We got food from their little shop and they were all out of utensils, even at the restaurant they had on property. Check in staff were polite but overall hotel was just “okay”.

Really pleased with our stay here. The rooms are large and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was very nice and clean

Always book Embassy because of the great breakfast; however, the hotel needs to add extra cooks when large parties are staying as most people want omelettes and there is usually only one person making them This causes a very long wait. The parking is also not great if you’re coming in late. You may have to walk a long distance because there is no back entrance for people having to park out back.

We were sent to our room only to find that the last guest left the room in shambles and it was not cleaned. Barely an Apology, and no offer to upgrade us the inconvenience. Poor desk service. Definitely, not worth the price. Go elsewhere.

Stayed at seven hotels in this vacation, this was the best

As our usual, we stayed the first night we arrived before our reunion in another area. All was great. We then stayed the night before we flew out. This was a different experience. We arrived late and just sorted and re-packed our suitcases for the early morning flight and went to bed for 3 hours. When we got up, we killed 8 cockroaches throughout the bedroom, bathroom and the living room. When I brought it to the reception's attention and showed her the photos, she said she would not charge me the $25 for parking, for our trouble. It was 4 in the morning, and I was too tired to argue about it. My skin was crawling the entire 5 hour flight home. I did send a message to the hotel later that day and have not heard back. I am so disappointed, as this has been our go-to schedule for more than 10 years now and customer service has always been A+.

Clean room

Hotel was a little dated. The air in our room was not working properly. We called for maintenance to come check it out. He came and acknowledged that the air was not cooling properly. He stated that he was going to notify the front desk that we needed to be moved. We never heard anything more from the staff. We just suffered through it for the rest of the night.
