This was our 1st time staying here and it was a great stay. I would highly recommend this place. We had a great time in Nashville. We would definitely stay here again.

We had issues with payment processing and the manager was a bit condescending. The payment was never an issue we just needed clarification of what happened. After we cleared the issue up with making the payment, his demeanor changed. The indoor pool was under renovation which was a bummer because that is what the kids had planned to enjoy. Everything else was excellent.

Everything about this hotel was great with the exception that every vending machine was out of order and you were deferred to the market. Where prices were ridiculous.

The place was very clean. There was some construction going on, only one elevator worked and the pool by gym was closed off.

The hotel is beautiful and clean! I must have missed the parking rates when I booked because I was surprised to find out it was $22/day or $27/day valet. That was annoying. They should offer discounts to guests! The indoor pool and one elevator is under maintenance but the outdoor pool was perfect. No hot tub and wish the pool would have stayed open later. We didn’t eat at the bar, but it looked really nice. Breakfast was not included. Quick uber right to downtown!

Nice older hotel near the Airport and a short Lyft or Uber ride to downtown Broadway street area.
