Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport

Good location central to everywhere. Friendly staff. Kids loved the pool.

The hotel staff made the visit great. The valet/bell men were great. They went above and beyond to assist my mother and I. The hotel overall was very nice for the price. Very close to the airport. The landscaping was beautiful. The pool area was nicely lit up at night. I paid extra to have a balcony room that overlooked the courtyard. We were on the top floor but the elevator closest to my room was a bit scary. One was completely broken. The other would shake horribly when you got in it. Unless I was really tired or my hands were full, I found myself taking the stairs often. I definitely got my steps in. I didn’t like that there was no breakfast included, but I knew this going into it. The indoor pool was closed off due to renovations so we didn’t have access to the indoor pool, but the outdoor pool was clean. I will definitely be booking this hotel spot again.

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room and amenities, great breakfast, easy parking, very reasonable price. Can't wait to stay here again.

Everything was an upcharge... wifi, self parking... thank God we didn't drink the bottled water in the room I can only imagine!

Alot of hiden fees' breakfast is not free parking is not free and room cleaning does not exist.

Helpful staff

Staff was very friendly except the shuttle driver. He was rude at 4:30 am and they took all the flight crew in before guests so only 2 of us made it on the shuttle. The rest of the guests were left behind. Also parking is expensive! $22 a day for self parking which is not covered so we had to run a long distance in the pouring rain to get back in the hotel, ridiculous they charge for parking. I’ve stayed here twice a month apart and one of the two elevators was not working the first time and the second visit the elevator was working intermittently. Restaurant and valet staff were great! Very courteous and helpful!

Very quick and easy, frequent shuttle to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Was comfortable with many pillows. Would stay there again. Nice work out facility and outdoor pool.

Everything was excellent! Clean, helpful staff, easy check in and out . Room was wonderful and I really loved the 12 pm check out! We were able to get some extra sleep !

floor wet .. Carpet wet .. no daily housekeeping .. they gave us a room for invalid person .. only 1 set of towels the first day ..

The hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and efficient. The balcony was amazing. Even with this being right by the airport, the noise from air traffic was next to none. The rooms are spacious and just gorgeous. There are multiple common areas that are very well kept. This was an amazing getaway place.
