The room was large and very clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but the dining area was dirty and not cleaned very well even though an employee was in the dining area to clean.

It was a good location central to the airport and an easy drive both downtown and out to the Opry area. Staff was super helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

We parked our car there for over two weeks and took a shuttle to the airport. The room was clean. Breakfast was OK. I mostly liked the convenience!!

We booked a room for four (King bed + sofa bed) for a one-night stay. The room itself was clean, but the trouble started when we went to get sheets and pillows for the sofa bed. The front desk and the manager both told us they were 'sold out' of pillows. When my husband pointed out that basic bedding for the room's capacity should be guaranteed, the manager became defensive and called my husband 'rude.' Asking for the basic amenities you paid for isn't rude, it's STANDARD . The lack of preparation and the manager's terrible attitude ruined the stay. We will not be returning back to this location anytime.
