Reviews

The place was a ripoff and I lost AMEX points to get credited for my stay.
-
Clean room, thought it was ridiculous they make you pay for parking but whatever, I did get a 50 percent discount on that tho cause it was my bday weekend. And an extra friend decided to come at last min and they didn’t say anything bout her so all and all I give it 5 star rating. Beds could have been more kind size in my experience but it was still king size enough for 3 big girls

Had a great time
-
Hotel had a musty/smokey (like cigarette smoke) smell we noticed when we walked in. Front desk receptionist was nice enough when we got the room keys. Went to our room only to find it had not been cleaned. Beds were not made, towels on the floor and pee still in the toilet. Went back down to reception to change rooms. New room did not have any soap in it, outlets were not working and Wi-Fi was out. Went back down and found the manager. She cancelled our reservation and we went to a different hotel. Left with a general feeling of “ick”. There was no way my daughter or I were going to get under the covers of any bed at that hotel.

The front desk staff were rude, ignored guests coming through the lobby, and rolled their eyes when asked basic questions. When our room lacked basic coffee and tea, the front desk offered no solution, stating housekeeping wouldn't be back until 9 AM. Housekeeping was inconsistent—either skipping our room entirely or knocking early in the morning while we slept, and communication was difficult due to a total language barrier as she could not speak English. The restaurant was equally disappointing: cold food, unappetizing dishes, and out of stock on core menu items (burgers, chips, brussel sprouts) by early evening. The only saving graces were the friendly wait staff trying their best and the exceptional shuttle driver, who was the most helpful person on property. Management urgently needs to retrain their front desk and fix their kitchen operations. Overall, great facilities, but management needs to address staff training, customer service, and food quality immediately.
-
I had no internet (because my room was on the second floor, I was told). Tell the guests that before they check in. Also, a 2-hour gap between breakfast and lunch is too much. My room was spacious and clean.
-
Close to Geodis Park. Very easy to get to without a lot of traffic. Definitely will stay there again if my travel plans call for a Nashville trip. Also, Connor in the restaurant was outstanding.
-
Very clean room and clean amenities. The gym was very nice and very clean. Everything was amazing!
-
Clean room. Reserved two queens and on check in they only had a queen. However they gave us dining credit.
-
Overall it was a good stay. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Not to sure about the restaurant as it wasn’t clear where it was.
