Ok for an overnight, friendly staff, needs maintenance
-
A/C--no controls. Tub, did not drain, coverlet had cigarette burns/holes; floor tiles mismatched, or missing; baseboard falling off. TV, and fridge worked, sheets clean, no bugs. No visible debris, but bare feet got dirty walking on floors, so more mopping with clean mop perhaps is needed. Barely paid anything for the stay, so 'you get what you pay for' caveat emptor.

The location was awful, the ac was broke, there was no blow dryer, no shampoo soap nothing. Beds was uncomfy , WiFi was non existent. Tv buzzed all night. All of it

PLEASE READY BEFORE BOOKING A ROOM!!!! Although the staff was friendly, the hotel was horrible. The room had roaches. The bathtub had putty in the drain. My daughter went to take a shower and the water wouldn't drain. The swamp cooler had mold. The bed creaked so bad I was afraid to move. The place looked like a hooker hotel. It reminded me of the projects apartments in South Central or Watts on movies or the slums in New York. I had two rooms, one for me and my two daughters and one for my son and his family. We stayed about an hour. Long enough for me to book another two rooms at a different hotel. The swimming pool had moss growing in it and there was a tarp over part of it. I do not understand how this place is even operating?! Is there no Health Department monitoring places like this?! There were two towels in the bathroom, which were one washcloth and one bath towel. There was tape on the door to keep the air from coming out, or the roaches from coming in. Not sure which? There were cuts on the counter, like someone was using the counter to cut their drugs. The other counter was cracked. The floor had water damage and rust. This place needs to be shut down!!

I think you get the point. The staff was "professional" but not very friendly nor were they accommodating. The property needs about a million dollars to upgrade. It was a dark, dirty. run down severely neglected building that should not be operating as a business until some serious major renovations take place. In all honesty, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The clerk was polite but not friendly. The property was HORRIBLE!!. I didnt see a lot of bugs but I did find a couple. The room had cobwebs all around the ceiling. Not just one_--- there were several. I'm a senior and we were put on the top floor in the very last room in the row. They said " we have an elevator." Yeah, guess what didnt work. While I dont want to be degrading to others, there were many people that were using the place as "home". Again, not to be derogatory but it was clear this was not the clientele I felt comfortable bringing my family to experience while on vacation. Finally One of the lights didnt work because a bulb was out. They sent someone up and he took the only bulb out of another fixture to replace the one that was out and he said You dont need to use that lamp. Sorry but I wouldnt stay again.

Great location for our needs: basic comfortable room near the airport for return trip home. Agave Mexican restaurant and Dunkin Donuts steps away a convenience. I am a jogger and was able to jog the neighborhood immediately west, no loose dogs, area seems safe with mix of people, somewhere from working class to middle class. Lots of businesses within a mile to the west (where I jogged).

Absolutely nothing. Upon arrival we weren’t notified that their was NO air conditioning in the building. Our room was incredibly uncomfortable. There was MOLD in the bathroom. Parts of flooring were coming up. Truly awful experience. Never staying here again.

This is such an unclean unsafe hotel. Absolutely do not stay here

Our room wasn't great. The ceiling fan was missing a blade, the AC wasn't working, it got stuffy the first night. The outside really needs some drastic improvements. There were people getting high outside. We spent 1 night and got another room elsewhere with working fixtures and cleaner.

No shuttle, which was promised on their website. No AC in the first room. Bathroom sink did not drain. I could smell pot in my room coming from outside.
-
Rooms have mold everywhere no smoke alarms floors are dirty cigarettes everywhere rooms smell like weed and cigarettes

The girl at the front desk was quick and efficient getting us checked in. The man at the front desk when we checked out was too busy talking on his phone to help us. He essentially waved us off when we checked out. The AC in our first room didn't work, and the second room had a weird smell, like rotten food, and all kinds of damage, like a name scratched into the wall and stickers on the headboard. Both bathrooms had serious water damage in the ceiling.

Junky ,trashy ,not clean no Ac

Everything was STICKY!!! Floors, appliances, even the tv remote was sticky. Eww. The AC was 40years out of date, and barely even worked. Microwave and fridge were filthy, towels too. The comforter had cigarette burns in it, even in my non-smoking room. It smells weird, like hiding cigarette smoke. The worst part other than everything already mentioned… it was HUMID, in the room, probably why everything was sticky. Terrible area, terrible place to stay, I’d give zero stars if it was possible.

The television didn't work, ice machine was off, but it was cheap enough and clean enough for 3 nights.

I literally have nothing good to say. This place was genuinely appalling. The smoke detector chirped all night, the cold water tap in the sink didn't work, the sink pipes dripped, there were cigarette burns in the blankets, the whole place smelled of cigarettes, and it felt genuinely unsafe there. I'm fairly certain I saw a prostitute on the premises as I was leaving. It was deeply sketchy. Easily the worst place I've ever spent a night.

Clean room

Hidden gem of Nashville.

It was convenient near by my house for a staycation. The locks on the doors were weird. If you don’t turn the lock a certain way the door won’t lock shut or close even with an electric lock.
