Dirty ,dirt under beds and behind night stands, out dated room ,curtain held up with tie wraps bath was clean but had rust tub, beds were probably the best parts ,pictures from.web site are different from actual visit to room

Cable TV didn’t function properly and contacted staff for help but he never showed up.

ROACHES in the rooms and unbelievebly uncaring customer service. the picture on the website iooked clean but was disingenous as the lobby looked nothing like that and rodeway is a dirty place. horrible internet service. no access to tv/cable for most my of 5 day stay. no water/ice available to customers. charged for using debit card. horrible smell, dingy bedding and filthy sheets. the facility appeared to be run or owned by foreigners who have no care or concept of american standards of decency, cleanliness or customer service. DO NOT rent this dirty place.

You get what u pay for. At least is clean!

No ac bugs everywhere

The young lady gave me another room with a ceiling fan which was really nice but the fleas and raches were a huge problem. I had raid and flea spray but it worked only so well. I didnt like that u had to either check out your rm at 11:00 and check back in at 3pm if u were extending or pay 40.00 to stay in the rm. I did this several times while extending my stay. After awhile I just got tired. It can be expensive after awhile. The rm itself was okay it was just the roaches and fleas. You cannot do a late check out unless u pay 20 00 an hour. They have Agave Mexican restaurant (the food is good right next door) In the mall across the street they have another restaurant where they cook catfish,chicken wings,burgers ect... The food is very good and reasonably priced They have a Dunkin there and a Daddys Chicken,and also a Panda express resturant. Location is really good. The young ladies at the desk were very pleasant.

Zero air conditioning & no hot water!

This place was ridiculous. Ac didnt work was cooler outside. Told them nothing they can do is all I got. Was super ghetto and trashy. they put us on 3rd and 4th floor we got two rooms for our family when literally over half the rooms on the bottom were available.was told come to office get rooms changed when i brought it up there was a different lady and didnt help either..Never got moved and soon as our time was up we got out of there as fast as possible. Police had people arrested and all in front restaurant next door... Avoid this place theres plenty ones cheaper and not run down like this one. Should be 30$ a room to stay at a place with no air.

Nothing It was dirty and they was rude and mean to me

Room AC was filthy. Room had an odor. Bathroom was dirty.

The first room they put me in, the A/C and fan did not work. The room had been recently flooded. The floor had black mold growing all over and still had water underneath. The second room, fan didnt work and the A/C barely worked.

Absolutely NOTHING! The staff, the nasty smell, the trashy broken A/C units in the lobby........

Nothing, property is less than worth what you pay They don’t refund anything. We had to pay for one night even tho we didn’t stay even the first night. The TV was broken, drug addicts walking around, the blanket had holes in it, the ceiling fan and ac did not work and then we saw roaches and left. we didn’t even sleep. Went to a whole other hotel

Terrible customer service and the room cleaners stepped out of line coming into the room and starting to clean before I was checked out

We were pleasantly surprised that the room was fairly clean. Bed was comfortable. Tub looked new, and shower worked well.
