I did not have a kitchen nor a pad Wi-Fi. The room was absolutely horrible. There were burnt marks all over everything (comforters, sheets, dressers, furniture and floors. I was not happy at all. I don’t understand why the staff would continue to use the bedding that had burnt marks all over it. Not satisfied!! The bedding could’ve been without burn marks. There was no kitchen.

The place was dirty, there was ROACHES!!!!! The air conditioner didn't work. There was no remote to the TV, hole in the wall. The faucet handle was laying next to the sink. It's a place where all we saw was drug addicts and people tweeking. It was so scary and sad. We left immediately, and stayed somewhere else. Don't stay here. Someone should really clean this place up. Where are the police!!!

nothing but the desk attendant was very accommodating we were giving a room in the back and it was sketchy and what look like a drug deal going on so we decided to leave within 5 min

Pleasant

The hotel is decieving. Pictures look nothing like real life. There is bulletproof glass at the help desk, and the woman there had gloves on the entire time. Even when I returned to the office to return our keys only an hour or two after check in. The front looks okay, but most guest stay in the back. Parking is far from the rooms. When we located our room, water was seeping up from under the floor, chair was falling apart underneath. The bathroom door was disgusting, but the ceiling was even worse. Mold, peeling. Stuff horror films are made of! Thankfully no bugs that we saw. The wax ring on the toilet must have been bad so the smell of sewer was overwhelming. We stayed for a small time to allow our cat to use her box, but ultimately ate the cost of the room and left around 10pm after seeing all kinds of characters around their rooms including a lovely "working woman" wandering around. It was time to GO. When I returned to the office, the same woman came out of nowhere with the same gloves on to unlock the office. Save your money, go somewhere else. Never ran away from a stay so fast!

Very poor condition of entire building and minimal maintenance. Our shower had a hole through the shower tile into the wall between the studs as an example. The rooms are hammered. The air conditioning did work and so did the plumbing but that was the highlight. Very low end facilities and everything that goes along with that.

The room that was assigned to me had roaches and the restroom was filthy. Beware of the No Refund policy because as soon as you walk into the room you will understand why this policy exists. You will absolutely want a refund. Please spend the extra money for quality.

I paid for the room did not receive the room they say my reservation was never made but booking.com took my money

Room was clean The TV did not work properly. The air conditioner could have been better, not a single vending machine or ice machine on the property worked. I booked a smoking room and when I got there. I was told there were no smoking rooms. My booking was through booking.com. That should be updated.

Great place near sum stuff that's not far just couple minute drive to Murfreesboro rd elm hill pike pretty straight near my job 2 minutes up the street so yea it worked for me a/c window units are the best rooms far as cold air but then other ones with old school a/c units don't barely pump out Kool air but 5th floor has big refrigerator with freezer my advice for ice just bring some from yo job in a kooler 12qt or 11 liter size I got a igloo one the freezer works perfectly or bring u a ice tray from dollar store for cheapskee u be in there for Kool down cold drink has microwave works nicely small not big good for t.v dinner & heating up food on a small plate or regular sized plate or Styrofoam trey frot desk worker lady young Asian lady is fine as wine & nice too very beautiful no u can't have her she mine don't shoot your shot she likes men gas station & cap store across the street Mexican restaurant next to hotel haven't eaten there but it stays busy so good must be good also a Chinese lil store & Dunkin doughnut store across the street also.other residents mind they business the women may not tho Bugs ants roaches nats a fruit flies come thru the drain bathroom has hole in wall or has stained ceiling that's stinks badly in some rooms & spiders long legs ones in bathtub top corner or by air vent also some the t.v. HDMI cords are stripped so take photo of it report it to the front desk for a switcharoo new one & the ATM in lobby charge 5 bucks to use it which is insane & get a room more than 3 days your security deposit u get back upon checking out on card it's five days till u get bready back but cash in hand u get back soon as u check out but the security deposit goes from 25 bucks to 100 bucks for room more than 3 days if u don't have 1 hunndo then they will accept 5ifty denaro cash or card my strong advise pay your room online it's cheaper 20 dollars cheaper than in person & pay your security deposit in cash that way u get it back soon as u leave u ain't gotta wait for it to possibly come back on your card for almost a week the old asian man & woman will eyeball u in your car in yo face just intensely looking at u don't take offense to it they get alot of iffy characters there.u get a room for more than 3 days u get no room service which is beyooooond meee!!! But they do it o & they don't have a pool or weight lifting room gym
