Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown – Stadium

We stayed in 207 and it was probably the best shower I have ever had! However, the room was ok, and the breakfast was all cold except the eggs.

Clean room, good breakfast selection and not too far from broadway!

Wowowowwww certainement le best spot pour loger pour un séjour à Nashville! Le Brodway à 20min de marche juste parfait avec le pont pédestres magnifique à traverser, la chambre SUPER PROPRE. Des serviettes propres à tous les jours, la piscine en guitare etc tout a éte exceptionnelle ! Le staff un gros woww et Facile à stationner gratuitement en plus ! Je le conseille !

We had a great 2 night stay here. The location is very close to Nissan Stadium, the free parking was wonderful, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a delicious hot breakfast both mornings and the breakfast area staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were friendly and paid attention to re-stocking supplies and food, and keeping the tables clean. We will definitely stay here again.

closeness to Nissan Stadium Room was a little dirty. There was a dead cockroach inside the room when we checked in. Didn't really like the barn door for the bathroom, would have preferred a regular door with a lock.

The lady who was checking us in stood outside and talked for about 10 min before she came to check us in. We walked past her to enter the building. Once she seen us, she could have cut her conversation short but no, she didn’t rush.

The problems started as soon as we arrived. The front desk staff member was not welcoming or helpful, and we were not given the room we had reserved. We booked a room with two queen beds and a stadium view, but instead received a room with one king bed and no view. We were also given very little information at check-in, including no directions to our room or information about when and where breakfast was served. The first room also had a noisy AC, and the window was very small, positioned high near the ceiling, with practically no view. The next day, we went back to the front desk and asked to be moved to the room we had originally booked. Another staff member changed our room, and this time we received the correct room. Unfortunately, when we entered, we found pieces of a dead cockroach on the floor near the bed. Later that night, we found another cockroach alive in the room and had to kill it ourselves. We were also disappointed to find out only after arriving that the pool was closed. There was also road construction around the stadium that made access more difficult, which we were not aware of before our stay. The one positive was that parking was available and convenient. We would never recommend this hotel.

There was an area around the pool was poor, many broken tiles or patched concrete. There was a member of staff jet washing fabric chairs by the side of the pool, running into the pool A number of public areas appeared to have been renovated, but still had stained ceiling tiles. My family and I were very disappointed as the main selling point was the pool which was unusable☹️ Additionally the air conditioning in our room was incredibly noisy and windows would not open, this made sleep almost impossible.

Fridge didn't work . Floor was soaked with water when we arrived. And it smelled from i guess from the water all over the floor .

The rooms were big and nice. The breakfast was awesome. The staff were friendly. The air wouldn’t get very cold. I saw little black bugs crawling around. My cousins room smelled like mold and mildew. The ice machine was on the first floor and you had to walk down the stairs to get ice that was hid in a corner. We couldn’t check in early so we were waiting in the lobby. There wasn’t any bathrooms by the lobby, we had to walk downstairs to the bathrooms on the backside. The elevator was very small and the floor in it was messed up. Also, we had to walk down the stairs from the 4th floor because the elevator was out of order.

Evrithing Nothing

This property is ideal for proximity to Broadway street and Bridgestone Arena. For the room price, proximity to Broadway, free parking, pool, & free hot breakfast it was an exceptional value. Area to strengthen would be smell and upgrades to the aging walls and halls of the property. One additional wish would have been to have more modern water bottle filler stations.

I booked a double king room. Was given a single king room. They told me that was what they received from Expedia. I think they pulled 1 over on me. The pool that they rave about was not accessible. The gate to get there was locked. And way too humid to use. The only elevator in the hotel was very sketchy with a squishy floor. The carpet in the hallways was disgusting. 1 of the 5 or 6 pillows was super lumpy. The staff was polite but you can tell it is only to your face and they don't like the customers. Do yourself a favor and stay next door at La Quinta. We went there for dinner and it was so much nicer. I never leave reviews, but you all need to know this place is a dump. The only good thing is a 10 min walk to nissan stadium. But so is La Quinta.
