Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown – Stadium

Staff was okay didn't really interact with them. Did not speak English that well. Room was clean for the most part but did have ants all around the AC and coffee maker. Did not eat the breakfast. Was there for 4th of July parking was okay just make sure not to leave on the day of the 4th as everyone tried to park there even though they do not have a room.

Found 2 dead cockroaches and killed one in my room. Staff were unpleasant to deal with and had bad attitudes. Would avoid

Close to Nissan stadium

Breakfast was great.

Seen cockroaches, freaked out. Staff didn’t care. Checked out a day early because of it.

The location was wonderful, so close to the event we were attending at Nissan Stadium. The construction and road work going on made it a little confusing at first but once we knew where we were going it was very simple to get there.

Good location due to purpose of our stay being CMAfest and ubers to downtown were low in value Construction making the road outside difficult to walk

Facility should have been torn down 20 years ago , floor in elevator had had whole almost all the way through, had to ask everyday for coffee and fresh towels everyday then one day gave us only one towel . Just old and out of date hotel. Feel sorry for the staff..

It was clean and slept good It was dark inside.

Having no hot water was a huge minus. Overall the room was adequate and clean.

Safe, clean and in a good location. But needs some work in the common areas.

Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was adequate. Elevator floor could use some work not unsafe just looks very shabby. The construction made it look not so great from the outside but hopefully that will be completed soon.

The room was filthy. The first day there they double booked my room and another couple walked in on us. The second day there we discovered the room has cockroaches. When I told the front desk they brushed it off like it was nothing. They then became rude towards me and my wife and refused to give a refund.

The biscuits were amazing

Breakfast was not that good! And we had a mouse in our room scared my grandkids to death. They did gv us one free night though because of it. My suggestion is do not leave any snacks out in your room. But the kids enjoyed the pool. Otherwise was clean. Parking spots are limited also

Let me first start this by saying the property was alright. Its old but alright and would've been sufficient if it was not for the construction directly across the street on the stadium that literally went the entire night with non-stop beeping. We got almost no sleep. I was only able to obtain a little after finding ear plugs and even then I could hear the beeping from the construction site thru them. It was honestly one of the most miserable stays I've ever experienced and we travel often. I also called the front desk who said she would call me right back and never did and then when I called back did not answer. I got dressed and went down and there was a line and she said she was sorry and she was out on the floor. It seems like she needed more support. I can only speak for the stadium view rooms with the sound but absolutely would not recommend them while the stadium is still being constructed
