Had a fantastic weekend in Nashville staying at Drift Hotel. Staff was amazing
-
Everything else was nice and a great location. Nice pool area and bar.
-
Staff is very helpful. Room is clean and the beds are super comfortable. The shower is huge with a detachable shower head attachment which is really nice and the toiletries smell amazing. It is perfect walking distance from Nissan Stadium which was perfect as the reason we were there was to attend the MCR concert. Checkout was a breeze. Parking is expensive ($35 per day) but that is more or less the case everywhere in Nashville. The room was on the pricier side, but I guess it was fair considering the location and proximity to downtown.

Room was great and pool was nice. Staff was exceptional! Hated that the ac would turn off in the middle of the night making my partner and I sweat

Loved the on site cafe for coffee and breakfast as well as the bar at night.

Everything was perfect

Nice hotel did not know you had to tell them that you want your room cleaned. The coffee pot was a bit hard to figure out. There is no front desk someone sitting at a desk when you first walk in with a computer. I would stay again, staff was nice.

Nice modern hotel. Bed was very comfortable…
-
We love this hotel always staying there nice pool area, rooms are great and clean. It’s a bit overpriced for frood and drinks unnecessarily
-
Bedrooms and beds great. Bathrooms great too. Front of house staff terrible as well as the coffee counter staff. Lazy slow and not interested. Oil was cloudy / filthy. Watched the po cleaner clean the pool. I’m not sure he saw the pool at all as he was glued to his phone. Terrible.

Not sure if this is considered a luxury hotel but boy did it feel like it. The price was great for how amazing this place was, I would stay here everytime. Super close to downtown as well as the airport

Unfinished Room & Damage: The rooms feel unfinished. The floor is raw, sealed concrete with no warmth or padding, so you’re forced to wear shoes or slippers the entire time to avoid the freezing cold. To top it off, there were visible gashes in our room’s ceiling. Flawed Room Layout: The layout makes no sense. The sink is located out in the main bedroom area rather than inside the bathroom, meaning anytime you use it, you're bound to wake up or disturb your partner. Service: Front desk service was practically non-existent. I saw a decorative block of wood at the desk more often than an actual receptionist during my stay. Location & Noise: Highway traffic noise is loud and constant inside the room, and it’s a 20-minute walk just to get anywhere downtown. Cramped Parking: Despite charging steep downtown rates for parking, the spaces are microscopic. We drove a midsize SUV, parked between two other SUVs, and couldn't open our doors more than 2 inches. Keypad Entry: Instead of standard room keycards, they make you punch codes into a keypad to enter the room, which feels clunky and inconvenient. Save your money and book a hotel with actual hospitality, finished rooms, and a sensible location

Exceptional
-
Beautiful property, super friendly staff, not overly expensive and the pool was great!
-
It's about 20-30 leisurely walk to downtown Broadway - pretty safe area. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable however the noise level is high. Rooms are not very sound proof. Housekeepers need to tone down their noise, can hear them talking and vacuuming when cleaning other rooms. Nespresso machine in the rooms were great.
-
The property parking could be better but overall 9/10 Parking, very limited spots and small spaces. Like the cars were to big for the parking lines The pool could have been cleaner

- great pool area with bar serving high quality food and drinks. - although there isn’t a huge amount of loungers at the pool, guests were sensible and selfless with their use. No towel reserving and then disappearing for hours. This meant you didn’t have to wait long for one to become free if it was busy - modern decor and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds - Ice making machine in the studio - staff very responsive to queries both in person the through the WhatsApp messaging service - just about walking distance to the start of broadway (taxi is between $10-15 depending on time of day) - to describe the kitchenette in the studio as suitable for ‘cooking food’ is a bit of a stretch. There is a small counter top ‘oven’ that is good enough for reheating (eg a pizza slice / pastry), but no hobs so can’t do things like make eggs - AC units are a little noisy

The coffee shop was nice and so was the vibe
