Awesome time really clean enjoyed our stay !

We were in town to see the Alan Jackson's Last Call concert and the hotel was a perfect placement from Nissan stadium. No issues when checked in and everything was clean. The hotel itself was a bit industrial and different but no complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again and I have recommended it to other friends and family.

The hotel was amazing, the room was excellent! My only complaint is when I booked the room it took out my money immediately just I didn't love but I was in with it however, once I checked in they said I had to give my card again so they could "hold" 200$ to make sure there was no damages I quess but that would have been nice to know up front! I didn't have tons of money so that put me in a hard place. I'm back home and still don't have my refund? I know the room was not damaged or any items wasn't! Just a heads up to anyone else

The bed was sooo comfortable!

We ordered coffees and they were very good. The barn door on the bathroom. It was very hard to close.

The little “coffee shop” in the lobby is convenient but the employee that “helped” us was rude. Another heads up…a plastic cup of iced tea is $6. Overall not impressive, but our goal was to be able to walk back from Titans stadium after a concert and to stay in a quieter area without the downtown nightlife noise, and this hotel provided both of those things.

Great location. Clean facilities. King suite was top notch I asked for direction to my room and front desk clerk didn’t raise her head but told me where like I was bothering her

Didn’t like the cement floors in the room, and didn’t like the sink in the room next to the bed. The lighting everywhere in the hotel was dim (room, bathrooms, bar and eating area). Also the charge of $30 per night for parking was extreme. No complimentary breakfast either. And the food and drinks were expensive. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Next time I’m in Nashville I will look for an alternative.

Great hotel very well located.

Very clean, nice location and pool was a plus. The only negatives were that the rooms were very dark. The lighting was not very bright and no storage for my things.

They add extra fees and charge for every little thing. You also have to text them for everything that’s not in the room. There’s a bunch of stuff that comes with the room that you have to inquire about but they don’t even mention it. Like the robes, an iron, etc The lighting in my room. The lack of transparency for additional charges.

Clean and comfortable room with everything you could need! Perfect location for CMA fest! Highly recommend

Every single thing about this hotel was fantastic! Pristinely clean, amazing staff, and the location was not far from downtown. We will definitely be back!!
