A little surprised it didn't have a pool? Room was very quiet despite traffic along around. Breakfast was good and well replenished during a very busy morning.

Everything was great. The lounge had good food, the coffee bar was good and the free breakfast was good too. The staff was always really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and large.

Good breakfast, like the roof top restaurant, but had construction going on when you looked out, nice spot

Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is included and is excellent and there is plenty to choose from. Great location (close to bus station so easy to use the bus from the airport or to visit Opry Mills/Grand Ole Opry. I was a female solo traveller and felt safe walking to and from the hotel on my own.

The valet service is a contracted service that they couldn’t resolve. We were told that we could park across the street or on the street. Which was unacceptable. So we just went down and asked them to bring or car around. $53 for valet parking for one night. The rooftop area was nice except for the view of the 2 huge red cranes hanging next to the hotel. The area next to the hotel is a construction site for a new apartment building.

Very helpful staff, a nice walking distance from Broadway and so easy to attend gigs in the nissan stadium
