The room was spacious No parking or pool. The shower door wouldn't close.

The location was great, we had an easy walk over to our venue. The room was clean and breakfast options were good. I liked the fridge size and the kitchen setup within our room. I would stay here again if I were back in the area. Due to the time we arrived and time of our show, we weren’t able to use any of the coupons though.

Very nice hotel, helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was great, and walking distance (less than a block) to Nashville Municipal Auditorium.

We had a brief one night stay as we were heading home from vacation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and rooms were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great property, great location, and great staff!!

From when we first entered the building we were greeted by happy helpful people who could not do enough for us. Problem with the booking (my doing) they sorted within minutes Bags were taken to the room for us Rooms were spacious and well laid out with air-con ( thank the lord) Breakfast was free (omg free). Porridge toast or waffles , but enough to get you going. Roof top bar with singers great to unwind after a day of tours Broadway (main street in Nashville) only a 15 min walk ( down hill) Bags of advice throughout the stay by the reception staff , parking attendants and waiting staff ( dont be afraid of them silly questions)

Breakfast was very nice and ran through till 9:30. The free water dispenser and coffee facilities were much appreciated. No complaints; we’d highly recommend this for a stay in Nashville, being only a 15 to 20-minute walk to Broadway and less than 5 minutes from the Musicians Hall of Fame and the Farmers’ Market. As with everywhere in Nashville, parking is expensive at $45 per night but Uber, Lyft and Waymo are available.

Nice hotel

Property was nice and located just outside of the busier part of Downtown, which was nice. There was some construction going on next to the hotel which was a little noisy the first night. Other than that, it was great. Also, you need to factor in parking as there is no public parking on site, only valet parking, which was $50 a night.

Location Got double charged for Resort fees. Paid thru Booking. com and was charged again to my credit card by hotel. Poor support when I called.

Well worth the stay

Even though I stayed for a quick trip for a concert; it was still a relaxing stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was very spacious with a city view. Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with various food/drink options before I had to check out.
