What was very shocking was the price for parking. $64/ day…. Insane considering one night is almost $400.
-
Be aware of the behind the scenes charges like a $25 designation charge on a daily basis. I was there a week and had over $200 in charges. The roof top dining lacked good food and was very expensive especially the drinks. The our door setting was nice. I had to ask the housekeeping staff to clean my room daily. Breakfast was ok but after 4 days it was exactly the same. I will say that the front desk staff were very nice and they even greeted you when you entered the hotel. Parking is very expensive… it was $60 a day!

Breakfast, room and staff were all great!
-
All clean - spacious rooms - ok breakfast The noice around - we stayed in 1st floor and you heard the traffic all the time
-
If you don’t mind a 15 to 20 minute walk, it is an excellent location to stay at to reach Broadway and the Ryman Theatre and the Hall of Fame Music Museum is across the street. Aside from the construction work going on which made using the outside Roof Top not so pleasant, we enjoyed out stay and would recommend it.

Location was good Ground floor (LL) was noisy

Everything Nothing

While checking in I had misplaced/lost my cellphone. The manager on duty was extremely helpful in getting my phone back. She took her work time and even after her scheduled time, she tried still. Everyone we had come in contact with were very nice.

Our room was clean and bright. The bed was comfortable and the shower amazing. There was a kitchenette in our room that was complete with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, and silverware. The staff was friendly and informative, and answered any questions we had completely. Valet parking is available and we recommend using these friendly attendants. Breakfast was always tasty and fresh. Anything you could possibly want to eat was available. No problems with A/C. We would recommend this hotel with five stars, and would stay here again if we have a chance to return to Nashville.
-
The dining I thought the bed was too soft, but that’s just personal preference.

-
Great location to Broadway and Nissan stadium. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Only complaint would be the parking situation. $52 for valet a night
-
Clean room and comfortable
-
Good breakfast. Location walkable to Nissan Stadium. Staff was very helpful and rooms were clean and had everything you would need.
-
Pillows were terrible and I was told I had a $30 room credit that was not applied
-
The room was spacious No parking or pool. The shower door wouldn't close.
-
Everything was amazing including the staff
-
The location was great, we had an easy walk over to our venue. The room was clean and breakfast options were good. I liked the fridge size and the kitchen setup within our room. I would stay here again if I were back in the area. Due to the time we arrived and time of our show, we weren’t able to use any of the coupons though.
-
Amazing staff, room was fantastic! Will stay here again.
