Quick walk to stadium the elevators were down during our time there.

The room was clean and nice.

It was a decent stay. The parking was convenient but expensive.

Hotel needs some updating. I felt it was expensive for the way it looked.

Was there for a conference. Rooms are a little old. Clean, but things like a big gap under the door and general upkeep make it seem dingy and old.

Additionally, the valet service was extremely slow. I waited over an hour to have my vehicle retrieved, which caused unnecessary delays and disrupted my plans. While I understand that unexpected issues can arise, guests should be informed of these situations in advance and provided with reasonable alternatives or accommodations when they significantly affect the quality of their stay. Overall, these operational issues had a substantial impact on what should have been an enjoyable visit. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its maintenance, communication, and valet operations so future guests do not experience the same frustrations.

Nice experience just was too many people so the elevator wait time was insane as well as wait time for getting your car.

Staff was excellent. Cold a/c, great water pressure for showering and excellent location to Broadway. However, our entire stay only one elevator was working the entire time. Nothing was mentioned at check-in of this either. And once on said elevator it shook so bad and sounded horrible that most opted for stairs if they were able.

The room was ok, clean enough but smelled musty. Friends were in another room and their room had the same odor. When I returned to the room at night the light was out in the hallway to my room. Overall I was only really happy with the guys at the valet stand. They were quick and friendly. This was the second time I stayed at a Double Tree, last time was in Pennsylvania and it wasn’t much different so I don’t think Double Tree will be a hotel I will use again.

I recently stayed here during the R&B tour concert stop 7/25, and my experience was significantly impacted by a major inconvenience: only one elevator was operational. And might I add it’s only holding up by a thread! The room itself was decent; clean and comfortable, the bed however is hard as a rock! If you’re considering this hotel during a busy event, be cautious. While the location is great for concertgoers, the lack of adequate elevator service is a significant drawback. I would recommend checking if the elevator situation has been resolved before booking, as it greatly affected my experience. Everyone on staff I spoke with were polite, there was little they could do about the elevator issue.

We had 2 rooms - rooms assignment issues when we arrived but was solved by staff - very good customer service - rooms dated but fine and great location to Broadway

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed a bit outdated but the location was convenient.

The AC's in two of the rooms we rented did not work very well! We had to sleep with only a sheet because it was so hot in the room! The cost of using the hotels parking is really expensive and the street access to parking lot is terrible if you bring your own truck/car. The only two good things about the hotel is the ability to walk to a lot of places near the hotel and the breakfast buffet

It was great location next to everything

    Excellent

What was most disappointing was not only the incident itself, but the response afterward. I was told the situation was a “false alarm” despite the disturbance being significant enough for police involvement and enough to make us feel unsafe and leave. I was also denied any refund or meaningful resolution. Whether someone intended to enter my room or not, having intoxicated guests repeatedly pounding on a connecting door while alone with a child was frightening and completely disrupted what should have been a safe stay. Safety is about how guests actually experience a situation, not just whether charges were ultimately filed. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I think future guests deserve transparency.

The room was very nice. Everything was what you would expect. The only downfall was that one night I ordered room service and it wasn’t very good. And it was only nachos for $20 something dollars

There were a couple of hiccups during our stay. I had reserved a room with one king bed but ended up in an accessible room with two queen beds. The elevators were also down while we were there. That said, the staff was friendly and went out of their way to help get luggage up to the rooms, which was appreciated. My only real wish is that the hotel had a pool. After spending the day walking around Nashville, it would have been nice to relax by one. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and the location was hard to beat. I’d stay here again for the convenience alone.
