Great location in downtown Nashville, but the elevators were super slow.

It claimed to have room service, but once you called they never answered. The telephone in the room did not have a front desk button. So we had no way to communicate with the staff. The elevators were not working properly and they made a scary sound. Will never recommend this hotel. Double Tree should had never merged to Hilton.

We only stayed for ine night but the whole experience was amazing. This hotel will definitely get more of our business in the future!!

The staff were very nice and helpful. And the location was perfect for everything we did downtown.

Overall, the experience wasn't good. we stayed here twice. once on the way to Florida and once on the way back. Both times, the air condition did not work so had to be moved rooms. from there when when it did work the air didn't work great. The room had a really funky scent. Overall don't think ill stay here again.
