Staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Broadway. Parking garages close.

The hotel location is really good. Central yet away from the crowd and traffic. Walking distance to Broadway. The rooms are quite spacious and well equipped with wardrobes and decent bathrooms. Plenty of food options around.

Welcoming planters and cafe with some outside small tables on sidewalk Joe’s coffee, secret stairway to printers alley Tight dark room, but high and small bath with very little vanity space

The experience from the beginning was great. The valet was very helpful and brought all our bags up to our room. The check in was smooth and problem free. I would certainly stay again.

I enjoyed my stay but wish the room was bigger

The first night I slept like a baby in my second-floor room, but the second night a nearby bar pounded yew-haw music until nearly 2:00 a.m. When I asked to be moved, I immediately was placed on the 10th floor in a deluxe room. When I finally checked out, there was a fierce thunderstorm in progress and Shamar gave me a Dream umbrella and said I could keep it. My Uber was at Hotel Noelle next door, so I used the umbrella to get to the Uber and left it at the Noelle. Such nice attendants who seemed truly concerned about my comfort and well being. Thank you Dream!

The bed was extremely comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. There were no mirrors in the bedroom. All mirrors were in the bathroom.

I had an excellent stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, making the entire experience enjoyable from check-in to check-out.
