Loved this location. We have stayed here before because it is just a walk to Broadway. Location is perfect! There was a giant pillar in our room right next to the bed that was a bit tricky for getting up to use the bathroom at night. We've stayed there before and never had this in our room. This would certainly. never deter us from staying there again as this has become our favorite hotel for visiting Nashville.

AC went out and it took three times and a room change at 4 AM to fix

The staff was very friendly At 3:30pm our room still wasn’t cleaned. The next day we arrived back and our room hadn’t been cleaned at all. The location is minutes from broadway but is at the top of a grueling hill.

Location of the property was on key, but the front desk people were so disrespectful and rude. I don’t know if what’s the address or not, but they did not really give me much of a type of attitude but like it was more of a up class, smart attitude and that’s something someone like me does not like no matter what classes you are you should always be respected by the other others than anyone else Location
