Location. The staff is good. Enjoyed staying here before. No WiFi No housekeeping during our stay. The pillows were not fresh.

Would definitely come back. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. The walk to broadway area and the Nissan stadium is very manageable and not. Nearby parking in the area is very expensive, difficult and an inconvenience so plan accordingly. Knowing that now, I would pay the additional valet fee offered by the hotel.

We booked 3 nights and our flight got cancelled so we missed the first night. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the missed night due to the flight cancellation which was obviously out of our control.

Location was great! Matthew was amazing, he helped with our luggage! The front desk staff did not accommodate our request for a different room/floor. There was no fan in the bathroom to make sure odor doesn't spread. The Wifi was basically non-existent and could not be relied on for a simple browsing.

There was an overcharging error which reception staff were able to sort out. I was credited 24 hours after leaving. Being overcharged and security deposit

the staff was very pleasant and attentive. check in and check out was fast and easy. the refrigerator in room worked well. there was no streaming service on the tv even after 3 employees tried to make it work. there aren't ice machines on every floor. carpet in hallways is stained and worn, floors in room are unattractive. room was so humid our clothes felt wet.

We booked the hotel knowing that they were in process of refurbishing, so we knew that there were no amenities at all - but this was fine as the location was great (just by the top of Printers Alley and a few minutes walk 3 blocks down to broadway ) - so bang for buck this suited us perfectly as we just needed to sleep there and due to the remodelling it was very very cheap in comparison to others in the area.

For a 2 star hotel, it was great!

Nice small hotel. Staff were friendly and helped us book a tour. Great location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Really enjoyed our stay here and would return.
