The building itself is beautiful. The historic architecture has been thoughtfully preserved while still feeling modern, polished, and comfortable. Our room was exceptionally well designed, with great attention to detail and a style that felt distinctly Nashville without falling into the usual clichés. The staff were excellent throughout our stay — warm, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. Every interaction felt natural rather than scripted, which makes a huge difference. One of the things we loved most was how much the hotel offers beyond simply being a place to sleep. The coffee shops and common spaces give the building energy throughout the day, while the rooftop is a fantastic place to have a drink and take in the city. Then there’s the hidden bar — easily one of the coolest touches in the hotel and exactly the kind of unexpected experience that makes a stay memorable. The location is outstanding. You’re right in the heart of downtown Nashville and can walk to Broadway, restaurants, bars, music and many of the places you’ll want to visit, while still being able to retreat back to a hotel that feels sophisticated and removed from the chaos when you want it to. The room was very clean, the bar had incredible views, and the food at the restaurant was delicious; I would stay at this hotel again.

Gorgeous art deco hotel in a great location - close enough to stuff downtown but not right in the middle of the noisy action. I really liked the details like the hydration and coffee station on each floor (including bottles so you could fill up some sparkling water and take back to your room), and everything you need in the room (e.g., slippers, safe, bathrobe). I got confused by the lights/blinds situation.

My stay at Noelle was excellent! Great location and very clean! Rooms were well maintained and had nice touches (automatic blinds/shades, dimming lights, mirror lights). The noise from the street was a bit louder on the weekend but the ear plugs that were provided worked well. I would definitely stay here again!

Our second time here. Hotel is amazing and the location is perfect. My only issue was with the valet employees. The service is expensive and it’s fine as long as the service matches. There were no opened doors or help with luggage. I’m not asking for much. Everything else was perfect!

We walked down to Broadway each night so its a fair walking distance to most everything.

Only got to stay one night but wow this place is pure class. From the gentleman (I believe his name is Ash) who checked me in to the aesthetics and details throughout the whole place I was impressed. Very well appointed room and stylish comfort all around. Will definitely return!

Everything was great, the only issue I had was the couch in the room was so dirty and stained. The amenities and staff were amazing. The rest of the property was beautiful.
