Noelle

Ordered in room service (breakfast) for our first meal upon arrival. The food portions were generous and tasty. The prices were a bit higher than expected compared to restaurants in the area, but I guess there is a price for convenience.

The hotel was in an amazing location which is why I picked it. Despite being off Broadway it was soooooo noisy. We had 2 different rooms and traffic was terrible until the late hours of the morning with horns, loud motors, revving motor bikes etc. I understand being where we are but honestly pushing 4 in the morning is exhausting. The room was clean as was the hotel but the cleaning staff would come in the room or try to provide towel service at 8 am despite the DND sign being up. The worst part of the entire trip was upon check in we had no room because E. didn’t forward our reservation to the hotel so we spent over 2 hours trying to get a new room. They’re suggestions were that E. would find a suitable hotel even if it was hours away as a replacement, that we could take a lesser room but pay the same amount (we had booked a studio suite but now that we needed a room last minute, a smaller room was more money), or would refund us and it was up to us to find a new hotel despite us having booking the room back in October of 2025 for a concert happening in Nashville this June. They were less than helpful, argumentative and disrespectful to myself and the hotel staff. I don’t trust booking anything with this company now.

We had a lovely stay but one of the main reasons for booking the Noelle was for the rooftop. Unfortunately, the rooftop was closed yesterday, July 4 for a private event. We were unable to even see the rooftop spot and enjoy the amenity as part of our Noelle experience. Hopefully if we ever stay again, we can take apart in the roof rooftop terrace. David in valet and Ruben in the Lona restaurant were wonderful.

I really like the convinces of walking every where and not worrying about parking. I really like the roof top bar that was an awesome experience for sure. The room was a nice size, the lights/ shades where really awesome. Press a button and the shades go up and down. The shower was a little confusing as in the water went every where no matter what I did. The shower curtain didnt even go all the way down to the floor, we couldn't figure out how to turn on the vent so the stem from the show made everything in the bathroom damp, the shower shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was not a good smell at all. Just not my preference I guess.

Every floor has a nespresso and water station which is a game changer :)

We were attending two concerts at the Ryman, so we chose this hotel because of its location. That was perfect. When we needed our car, the valet service always had it ready by the time we got downstairs. Nice people. The front desk people were very helpful. The room itself was our first experience with high tech. We got the hang of it. We especially liked the coffee/cold water station on our floor.

Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Utilizer valet parking overnight and was charged ~85. Valet were very nice. Convenient location to lower Broadway and Nissan stadium was a 15 minute walk.

We stayed in a king studio at Noelle Nashville for three nights. Check in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was helpful and welcoming. Our room was very clean and had plenty of space in both the bed/seating areas and bathroom. We had access to 6 drawers and a small area to hang clothes in a wardrobe. The fridge and safe were also housed in the wardrobe. There were robes and slippers for us to use. Housekeeping offered to freshen up the room and exchanged towels when we needed them. There were hand soap, hand lotion, a face cleansing bar, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. These products were highly fragranced. I couldn't use them because the fragrance was overwhelming. Towels were very thick. Bed linens seemed pretty standard to me. The matress was just ok. It seemed to be softer at the head than the foot. Odd?? Here's where I will start being nitpicky. Our room overlooked mechanicals. There was 0% view and 75% noise. We found one pair of foam earplugs on the nightstand and at bedtime we figured out why. If you.were on a high floor it probably wouldn't matter as much. Unfortunately, we weren't. The only view was mechanical equipment and looking straight up at the sky or across into other rooms. I wondered if all the king studio rooms have this same view. I hope not. For functionality, tere is one towel bar for the shower. It is over the toilet so you can't really use it. There is no bathroom fan. It got steamy. Despite these, we will stay again. We love the Noelle.

At check-in, I was informed by the Front Desk that I had (2) Two reservations on file thru Expedia which was not true as I only booked one room. I was told I had to pay for two rooms unless I could get Expedia to cancel one of them. After calling Expedia immediately, I was on the phone with them for almost an hour to get the other room cancelled. It was eventually cancelled. Very aggravating though. Once in the room, it was nice but I have two complaints. First is the marble floor in the shower is extremely slippery when it gets wet! A real slip & fall concern. The other complaint is that the mini refrigerator was barely cold. When I complained about it, I was told - it is what it is! We didn’t have breakfast or dinner at the hotel, but the rooftop bar was very nice with a great view.

Very cute and chic boutique hotel. Great staff. Rooftop bar and cafe were highlights. Nice room. Very clean. Awesome location - short walking distance to everything downtown. Super happy with our stay!

Rooftop bar was very nice. Very clean. Staff was very attentive. Each floor has its own little coffee bar. Very walkable to Broadway and Nissan stadium.

Great hotel and they have fantastic coffee making facilities on each floor. However try and get a room not right outside the coffee station. Folks gather chat , make noise all through the night.

Very clean room, great room service and they supply you with everything you need as well as a robe and slippers!

I would stay with them again and the coffee shop was useful.

A great hotel jn a great spot. The roof bar is cool.
