Great stay.

We stayed at Noelle in Nashville last weekend. Was the room nice? Yes. Is the location solid? Absolutely. But the guest service needs attention. At 11:23 PM, I received a text saying I needed to come to the lobby because I had supposedly not provided a credit card at check-in for incidentals. Yet I had. I texted them back a copy of the credit card transaction processed upon check-in. First, who texts a guest at 11:23 PM about an administrative issue like this? Second, why wasn’t their own transaction checked before contacting me? It didn’t end there. We had two more interactions with the front desk, the second of which was not necessary. Also, Our travel companions received no housekeeping on two of their four nights and had to go to the front desk, twice, to get the room cleaned!. Sure, A nice room and a good location matter, but so does taking care of your guests. Noelle needs better communication and more consistent service. I wonder if Nashville is past its prime?

Facilities My room had an unbearable musty Oder that made it difficult to breathe and sleep. I had driven 15 hours straight to Nashville and was too tired to ask for another room. It was a one night stay so I roughed it out. I would stay there again because the hotel was beautiful but I would have asked for another room if time allowed.

Exceptional

You may need to use the earplugs because people let their doors slam. And request your car about 15-20 mins before you are ready to go.

Everything The one disappointment was the lobby bar was only open T/F/S for a small window of time.

Great location, helpful staff, 3 great bars including the spectacular hidden bar (when we found it😂) Highly recommended.

I booked a reservation and when I went to check in they said they were booked on all of the rooms and my reservation shouldn’t have went through.

Great location, loved the old historic quality of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel very near all the attractions. Loved the coffee bars on each floor. Rooftop bar was fantastic.

The hotel was great. The staff. Rooms are big and comfortable. Excellent bathroom and bathrobe. Rooftop bar is amazing

More than I imagined. The decor, the art, even the scent pushed the A/C was mesmerizing.

Front desk supervisor had an attitude and looked like he was upset for dealing with the situation or with the customer. Would not recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville. For the amount of money it cost you are better off at higher end hotels.
