Room 1006 door to enter was sticking shut. The only way to open the door was to shove it with my body weight. The maintenance person never showed up to fix it during our stay

This hotel was absolutely fantastic, and without a doubt one of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip. I’m so glad I chose it after spending so long deciding where to stay in Nashville. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean, and the lobby was stylish with a really welcoming atmosphere. It felt like a luxury hotel but at an excellent price. One of my favourite touches was that each guest receives a complimentary drink voucher every day, valid until 7pm. We actually missed the cut-off by around 20 minutes on our first evening, but the lovely young lady who checked us in kindly gave us vouchers anyway so we could still enjoy our drinks. That small gesture really stood out and was such a thoughtful touch, especially considering how expensive drinks can be in Nashville. The hotel also had complimentary cold water available in the lobby, which was much appreciated after walking around the city in the heat. During our stay there was a DJ in the lobby one evening, creating a great atmosphere, and the rooftop bar was fantastic—we even had it all to ourselves for a while! Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, and both the rooms and bathrooms were maintained to a very high standard. The location couldn’t have been better. It was an easy walk to Broadway, Printer’s Alley and all of the main attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. I’d also like to say a huge thank you to the lady who checked us in. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She answered all of our questions about the hotel and the local area, helped us with our drink vouchers, and was always a friendly face whenever we saw her. Overall, this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. I genuinely couldn’t fault it and would recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville. A well-deserved 10/10.

The hotel advertises breakfast on a terrace which is not opened & not staffed. The bar area downstairs is not properly staffed for breakfast.

I had a great experience at the Fairlane. It was very clean and nice, chic to say the least. My one criticism is that the charging ports by the bedside tables didn't work very well. None of my devices were fully charged by morning.
