Fairlane Hotel

The staff was SO NICE AND HELPFUL! Super clean room and bathroom. The bed was SO COMFY! We loved the bed and the pillows! Loved the decor and vibes of the hotel, super cute. Walkable distance to Broadway and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall great experience! Thank y'all!

The staff was so kind and accommodating to my entire team. Without question, this hotel will remain our first choice when in the area.

From the start we were greeted by a wonderful young woman at check in named Nellala (probably bad spelling) She's still in college. Gave us a lot of helpful information all highlighted on the map along with full description of the property. Even the other members of staff including Alexus, Kati (mgr) all extremely helpful for the 4th of July 250th anniversary celebration in Nashville. The one hicup was someone gave our umbrella to another guest that lied it was there's and saying they lost their claim check. Katri contacted the other staff to track down what happened and gave us $25 and an apology when we returned later that day.

Room was not cleaned - shower leaked all over the floor - slipped and nearly fell hard but caught myself.

Helpful tips: Free coffee in the lobby at the bar until 3PM Use the tokens they give each of age guest each day for a free draft beer or house wine at the bar from 5-7PM Don't bring a car. The parking situation in Nashville can be pricey in general and unnecessary with the main bus terminal so close to the Fairlane. You can get a bus from the airport to the terminal for just $2 and its so close you can just walk to the hotel from the terminal unless you brought a ridiculous amount of baggage. Also, you can use the same bus terminal to get to other neighborhoods (the Gulch and 12 South) after you get tired of Broadway. Same $2 each time you ride the bus. Walking to Tennessee Performing Arts center is about 2 minutes from Fairlane. Walking to Bridgestone Arena is about 5 minutes away. Walking to Titans stadium is about 10 minutes away. Very safe feel all around downtown Nashville/ bus terminal.

Very comfortable, spacious rooms. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from Broadway.

Friendly staff good location Nothing

We had a great one-night stay with a very friendly and helpful staff. When we couldn’t get the blackout curtains to close, they quickly sent someone who noted that the mechanical closure was not working but were able to close the blinds. They also provided two breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. Very responsive and helpful.

Perfect location for exploring Nashville.

The Fairlane was beautiful and lovely overall. I liked everything about it.

We missed having a refrigerator and ice available. The service was great when we needed it, however.

I enjoyed the location and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bartender was especially nice and made us custom drinks.

I was a first time guest at this hotel and the location was perfect. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to staff at the bar. The manager Dee was so amazing and truly went above and beyond. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again the next time I am in Nashville.

I Loved the Fairlane. The decor, the service, the food and cocktails were fabulous... They even give you a token for a glass of wine or champagne on the house upon check-in. So many thoughtful details were included. I will stay there again.

Very clean room. Was much bigger room and bathroom than expected. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great, convenient location just minutes to Broadway via walking. Definitely highly recommend.

It was truly the best hotel I ever stayed at

Room was extremely humid. It was cool but sticky in the room, the sheets were damp. Friend’s room did not have these issues. Let front desk know about the issue and nothing was ever done. Saw maintenance when I was checking out and told him also about the issues and he seemed shocked to hear about this issue. Told the front desk and asked to touch base with management and never heard anything from them.
