The daily resort fee is a scam! Hotels should be banned from charging customers these ridiculous fees.
-
Beautiful hotel and rooms! Very nice rooftop bar and pool. Perfect spot to stay in Nashville!
-
One of the Most comfortable beds I think I've ever experienced at a Hotel. We didn't get to experience the pool because with its size, there was no room. Also if you are having an event on the rooftop, I feel your guests should have been given first choice on tickets, we were not notified until 2 days prior to stay and you were sold out! This was also one of the Main reasons for booking with you all.

Location Nothing

When we checked in, we were not told anything about the hotel such as if there was a pool, a restaurant, etc. So we never did anything except sleep there. For the price, I would expect a lot more

Everything about this property is great. They are under construction but never impacted the stay and threw in special touches to compensate. I’ll be back for sure.

Construction was going on and had to move rooms. Was not aware of major constuction upon arrival. Everything else was ok average nothing spactacular. Of course they made the hotel triple price for a concert. I would consider this average hotel same as staying in a hilton garden in etc. Nothing special about this place as you see in pictures on thier website. The "Pool" was about 18 foot long and 3 foot deep. Only for soaking and sitting in to cool off. Maybe 10 people could fit in it without being elbow to elbow. Great location though for walking to broadway and is away from the noise if you want to sleep. Make sure you are confortable with the person for the bathroom which is in the middle of the room with a curtain 3 feet away from the bed. You will hear everything!!!

eu amei tudo maravilhoso
-
location, vibe, quiet, staff price was a little too high, beds/pillows not very comfy, ac did not work well
-
Swanky atmosphere and great location for walking to Broadway, Ryman, Country Music Hall Of Fame as well as other attractions. The pool was open, but the surrounding area was still under construction. Our room was funky, a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay here again!

Lighting in the bathroom was not great. Room smelled a little musty

I LOVE THE NASH! Although it has some construction going on since it was recently converted to The Nash from prior hotel, its awesome. Great employees, lots of little touches (tokens for free coffee/cocktails), cushy robes in room, LARGE rooms, cocktails are great. I’ve stayed at a LOT if hotels in Nashville and its at top of my list for value

Conveniently located within two blocks of TPAC. Low, subdued lighting in the room and bathroom.
-
Decor Mattress and toilet door.

Everything was wonderful. We had a great room that was very comfortable. We appreciated the friendly staff and all the accommodations that were provided during our stay. Our only complaint was that we came during construction , however, we understand that at times it is necessary in order to keep the property in good shape.

Location was great. Property was miss-marketed as having a rooftop pool that turned out to be closed for refurbishment. Booking.com claimed the hotel hadn’t informed them and that I would receive compensation, but 3 weeks after my stay, nothing has been forthcoming. The hotel blame booking.com and booking.com blame the hotel.

Great staff. Very friendly.

Very disappointing

The hotel is not ready for guests. It will be nice and eventually. The pool (which is why I booked this particular hotel) was not open. The construction on the building didn’t woke me early.
-
We can’t rave enough about The Nash! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are so comfortable and inviting! Amazing customer service. The attention to every detail given here goes above and beyond! We will never stay anywhere else in Nashville!!
