Nice hotel with good location. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My second stay and first since the switch to Opal - I like the change! Lobby was well appointed and the room very comfortable- midday cookies was a nice touch and every staff person I interacted with was pleasant and professional- I highly recommend to anyone that wants a great property in a great location

We loved our stay here. We loved that there wasn't a crazy bunch of people staying here. It was a quiet, beautiful property. We would definitely stay again. The staff was friendly. The bars were nice. We just wished there were more fresh cookies per day :)

First of all, the staff is EXCELLENT. Most accommodating, hardworking staff of anywhere I have ever stayed. Front desk staff very fast, very concerned with our experience. The company that handles the valet service is WAY OP ($65 per day) and provided little help with downtown parking info etc. ($30 per day). BTW there is public parking right down the street 1-2 blocks. Upsides: This place is faux boogie. It is clean and close to downtown bars, restaurants (3-4 blocks). Hotel bar drinks and food were average, nothing amazing. Coffee shop, rarely open, food options are poor. Coffee shop staff - SUPER people. Downsides: The roof "pool" is more of a glorified hot tub that is about 3 feet deep. The pool area is clean, relaxing and comfortable. No microwaves in the room, mini fridge is small and full of their own drinks they want you to buy. The bed was comfortable (4/5), but the rest of the room was useless. Desk was unusable (no desk chair) & the two chairs provided were cool but not really useful. There are NO ICE MACHINES, therefore the hotel staff would have to bring ice to us every time we needed it, as if they don't have enough to take care of. For God's sake, put 3-4 ice machines in for your staff. You don't want us to have cocktails in the room, so you punish your people. Good job. Was I disappointed in my stay? No Would I stay there again? No, not at that price tag with very few amenities for a 4-day stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Nash Hotel! The location was fantastic—close enough to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer, yet quiet enough to relax at the end of the day. The hotel was clean, beautifully designed, and had such a fun, modern vibe. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and every interaction was a great experience. If you're looking for a stylish place to stay with easy access to downtown, I highly recommend The Nash. We would definitely stay here again!

Room service excellent but pricey. Eggs had too much salt, though.

The property is nice and staff was helpful.

We loved this property!!! The rooftop is amazing, the room was large, clean, and beautifully decorated in a modern yet fun motif. The bartender Jonny made a lasting great impression. All the extra touches are perfect and we travel extensively. It is the best hotel we’d been to in a long while!

The Nash is trendy and fun and appreciate that it is off Broadway and a little calmer. Enjoyed the bar, bites and the live music. The rooftop pool is small but great area for lounging and enjoying a cocktail. Rooms are ridiculously big but well done. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Spacious luxurious room. Not to mention very clean and updated. The hotel has multiple bars with my favorite being the rooftop bar with pool. This hotel does not disappoint and is worth every dollar spent. I would recommend to anyone visiting Nashville.
