Loved the staff, they were very helpful and the room was lovely. Super clean and very comfortable. Only thing I disliked was the fact the valet was full and I had to find another spot to park, but the staff was very helpful in directing me to a garage nearby!

We came in town for one night for a concert. We booked a King bedroom with a terrace. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by valet. They took our bags inside to reception for us. I have the Hilton app so I did a check-in through there to use the digital key. When we got to the reception desk to check in, Pala (I hope I spelled his name right), let us know that they upgraded our one bedroom to the penthouse for no additional cost. We were floored and so, so thankful! The room and view were perfect! We had a great view of downtown, the river and Nissan stadium. We walked the Woodland Street Bridge to get to the concert as t was only a 9-10 minute walk. We had a wonderful time! Thank you so much to all of the staff!

The hotel is nice but the room was not clean. I asked three times for the floor to be cleaned and it was not.

This hotel a perfect oasis!! just a few short blocks from the bright lights of Broadway. The staff was amazing!! made us feel at home and welcome from the moment we entered. Room was spectacular and can’t wait for our next visit.

So pleasant, helpful, and genuine. Rose, Unique, George, and 2 others that I didn’t get their names (tall black man that worked on 7/19, and a lovely black woman at the desk)! Room was clean, beds are great, & pillows were perfect. We will certainly be back.

Rooms were nicely appointed, albeit a little smaller (think boutique hotel) than a more mainstream hotel. Bathroom amenities were top notch. Valet was a little pricey, although $60/night might be in line for the location. What gives this place 5+ stars was the staff. All so polite, warm, nice and unbelievably informative and helpful!

The lighting was difficult to turn on. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and wouldn't drain adequately. They did not have cups in the room which makes it difficult to take meds.
