La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Nashville Downtown / Stadium

The location was ideal as it was only a 20 minute walk to Broadway. I was a little annoyed by the construction crew across the street as they started working every day 6am. It wasn't loud but I did hear them. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting activities.

Great location if you like walking and want easy access (20-minute walk) to Broadway/Downtown. Standard free breakfast, room felt a little small but was clean and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel quotes $30/night for parking but it's actually $35 including a service fee. We unloaded our stuff and parked a couple blocks away on the street. Unfortunately Nashville has a gotcha for tourists: a cryptically marked bike lane scored us a $75 parking ticket. There's nothing to indicate a bike lane, no signage, but i guess we were supposed to know a white line paralleling the curb means "bike lane - don't park here".....not LaQuinta's fault of course but parking is a hassle if you don't cough up $35 for their garage.

Great stay! I was hesitant because of the construction at Nissan Stadium but we didn’t hear a thing. Room was comfortable and clean. All staff we met were very friendly. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Nashville.

I booked well in advance and requested a stadium/city view, but at no point since the booking was I told there was a new stadium being built in front of the old stadium, I am from the uk so I really didn’t know anything about it, this meant we had a limited view, the building work was being carried out 24/7 so the noise banging and beeping was constant, no sleeping and the dust you had to walk through each day made you feel dirty. The hotel was in a brilliant location that’s why I booked it probably wouldn’t if I had known about the building work. We had a brilliant time in Nashville and if I ever returned I would consider this hotel again but I think they need to be upfront with things that would impact your stay.

Parking fees are a bit high, but otherwise, all was well.

Very clean and nice decor The loudest air-conditioning unit I've ever heard. Road noise and construction noise made it impossible to sleep! We couldn't even lay awake and watch television; it was too noisy! Didn't sleep AT ALL!

Very disappointed that we were guest for an over night stay and still had to pay for parking. That’s insane. I’ve never stayed at a hotel and had to pay for separate parking when I’m a guest.

The location itself was very clean and well-kept; housekeeping was good, as were the water and coffee stations.If stadium was finished and there was game great location. Unfortunately won't be done till Super Bowl 2030 I was charged a breakfast fee even though it is included with the stay. Breakfast here is only until 9 a.m., which, for guests who come to party, should be until at least 10 a.m. The location is decent, but there is a lot of construction, and you can hear the big trucks from the highway. Your views are not the best either, with only construction sites and messy grass lots. You may want to pay a couple hundred more for walking convenience; it comes out the same as paying for Ubers. I honestly think I overpaid for this location. No shuttles and parking fees

Breakfast was very good. Security was excellent. The front desk personnel were personable, accommodating and efficient.

Modern and clean Breakfast was average and coffee was bad. Traffic noise and the construction next door which couldn’t be helped.

Location, close to downtown and the stadium. Good breakfast selection and overall clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The faucet was not working properly. Importantly, the water was only lukewarm even when the faucet was turned to max for hot water.

How close it was to downtown was very convenient. Uber ride cost only 6.00. The hotel and staff were amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The secured parking was nice to have. Having the football stadium right outside the front doors was really cool. We grabbed drinks and food at the hotel bar and we were surprised at how good everything was. No complaints
