Bed not comfortable parking is to expensive 30 a night

The floors in our room were separating where the wood planks were supposed to meet. Sink in bathroom didn’t have a way to stop it up or let the water back out. Stopper in tub didn’t work for my wife’s bath and just let water run through it. Wouldn’t ever stay here again that’s for sure.

The room was clean and generously sized. 60% of the outlets in our room didn’t work. Just make sure you check them before you plug a device in to charge and walk away.

Breakfast was really good, Sausage gravy was bland no flavor to it. Would have been nice if we where told about the construction across the street we i booked our stay.

The staff was amazing and the food was served after the concert which was awesome to be able to order instead of having to go somewhere ! The ac didn’t work good which caused for a restless sleep also people were being loud in the halls after 2 a.m.

The room I had it was very nice. Also the grill area the food was delicious. That I couldn't stay longer I had to return back to work. I love the view I had from my room.

The convenience of getting to the Nissan Stadium was nice. Breakfast was decent. The lock down of hotel was reassuring and nice seeing that you cant go anywhere there without key card to access anything. The roads were blocked off everywhere due to construction of new Nissan Stadium which is nowhere to be found while booking so that was a surprise. The bar downstairs said they offered food but looking over the menu we were told they were out of everything literally only chicken tenders left. Rude front staff very unprofessional when talking to each other around customers, breakfast doors shut right at nine even if your still in there trying to make your breakfast. I couldn't even get back in to get syrup for my waffle due to hands being full with plate and drink. Keep in mind you get charged for the room, a $100 deposit, and then they have PMC parking in the parking garage that charges $30 a day to park or valet for $35. It is ridiculous.

It was great walking distance to Nissan Stadium the bar and the food and staff were amazing No complaints

Breakfast has a lot of variety and quantity of things - but it is not the best food; very institutional. It worked though! My only complaint was a situation that happened at check-in. Check in was fine and the front desk staff was good but the day we checked in the woman handed us a card with the name Brenda on it and directed us to the Travel Concierge to get a welcome kit. After a little bit of small talk, to which I expected we'd get some help with site seeing I instead got pitch to attend a "two- hour show case" the classic timeshare trap! I declined the invitation and subsequently got no help with my site seeing plans. This was sneaky! Beware

The breakfast was a plus

The property was very clean with a nice Bar and Restaurant in the Lobby, very convenient. The construction in front of the Hotel made it very noisy and it was hard to sleep. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The indoor pool and laundry room are nice amenities. The parking price was too high, $30 per night plus tips and taxes. I guess that's Nashville but I found it too high. It is not really walking distance from downtown, I didn't feel safe walking back at night. Ended up using a Lyft to go downtown.
