The location was great for accessing Broadway by foot, about a 20 minute walk. Hotel has highway noise but overall not bad. Room was great, comfortable bed, very clean. Breakfast was amazing! Today they had chicken and waffles, excellent!!! I felt the hotel offered a great value , i will definately go back.

Great Location, Great Hotel, Great Staff, I loved it here this will be my go-to Hotel when I visit Nashville

Expensive parking and mediocre breakfast made our experience disappointing.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by valet staff who asked if we wanted to use their services or self park. I chose valet and handed my keys over. The employee dropped my keys, broke a key chain and damaged my key fob…After completing the valet check in, I was able to finally go check in and get my room key. I check in, pay the deposit, get my key and room number.. I’m then told to take my key to a man in the corner at a podium who asked my age and for my id. I knew what it was for and started saying I wasn’t interested because I’m very familiar with what they do. I kindly said “I’m sorry I’m very much not interested” and stated why I wasn’t and the heavyset white girl next to the man said “what are you talking about?” With a smirk and rude tone … the man kindly handed my ID and I could finally escape to get my things from my car and go to the room. Nobody wants to get to a hotel and immediately get bombarded with that noise … also found a wad of hair in the shower, crumbs of some sort in the sheets of the bed, I have a severe anxiety disorder and this hotel experience ruined my trip to be honest. I wanted to leave shortly after arriving but had already paid for it… so I had to stay. The younger bald guy was very kind. And the valet guy Alex was as well.

Newly renovated and clean. We brought our dog and it was convenient to take her out. Breakfast was tasty and nice bar food too.

Nice hotel and very clean. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There are two negatives for this hotel. The noice from the interstate right below is very noticeable. Second, parking is not free. You are under the impression that it is until you check out and get charged 35 dollars per day.
-
The room was nice, the couch bed was kind of falling apart but over all the room was great. Though the fact I had to pay 34 dollars for parking was absurd. Especially since I already booked a room. At least give a discount or something instead of charging almost 40 just for a one night stay.
-
The staff was helpful and exceptional and opportunity was dogs barking in room next to me for the stay, pool wasn’t really available as there were teams staying in same time and utilized as I would expect youth to do just didn’t anticipate youth teams. Also the receipts would not email out thank goodness I asked for a printed receipt

It’s right next to the Titans stadium and near a new resort that’s being built for the Super Bowl. There was a lot of construction at the time but that didn’t get in the way of anything. We walked from Broadway to the hotel and it was about a 20 min walk. A really nice beautiful walk. And we also took an uber to downtown and it was very reasonable as well. Great location. And the staff was great and helpful. And also the breakfast was nice.

Clean property, helpful and nice staff, room was clean and more spacious than I expected
-
Everything was great!
-
Close to Nissan stadium. Ease of getting to your car from your floor.
-
Liked everything except, the $30 parking fee is NOT incline the total amount advertised.
-
The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and very bright. The bar served great drinks and food was good.
-
Hotel was great, good food and nice staff but ask for a room off highway side as traffic is very loud all night.
-
Overall it was a great experience. They had a lot of options for breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious. The only down side was that the outlets on one of the nightstands did not work and the bathroom faucet was loose, the handle to turn it on was stiff and the water pressure was very low.

No towels, no staff, one person at the front desk.. this was all during the Chris brown and usher concert. How are you understaff and have no towels. The beddings did not fit the mattress and had regular sheets as fitted sheets.. the one reason I stayed was because it was close to Nissan Stadium. However due to construction we still had to walk. Lesson leaned. Just stay where it’s worth it. I was so ready to get out of there. Never again!!!
