Clean and neat the staff was very helpful and professional. We arrived earlier than expected and they hooked it up by giving us a room asap. I would staff again in the future here.

But what’s work with this property is the Shuttle Service it h as terrible hours! There last shuttle is 8:30pm which is totally ridiculous when other hotels run till 10 to 11pm! Especially when there’s an event going. They should have extended there hours. It was ridiculous if you couldn’t walk it you stuck with a ride service which adds up quickly. That is my only complaint. Which was the general consensus of other guys there to. Main conversation point.

Very convenient to downtown and the football stadium…literally a 30 min walk..breakfast buffet for under $20/adults and not a continental one a full one very nice

All well very clean

Our stay was excellent. We had a lot of fun at the hotel bar each evening and it was quite the popular evening spot whether returning from Broadway or wherever you were coming from. Bartenders Shasta (the best!!) and Jordan were very entertaining and attentive. We had the buffet breakfast one morning and were pleasantly impressed with the variety, quality and price. Hotel has convenient shuttle to and from Broadway. All in all, we loved it!!

The staff was terrific! Everyone was so friendly and nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bartender was so fun as well! Great location in proximity to the stadium and downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was great, and the waitresses were amazing. Our room smelt good, and was clean. Easy, 15 minute walk to Broadway, and lots of parking. Definitely recommend.

The location of the hotel was good as it was not far from the airport and downtown. They also offered a shuttle service downtown. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was also of good value

Now Holiday Inn charging 29.00 (25 +4 processing) a night to park in an outside lot not even close to downtown. Use to get free parking and breakfast included now it’s 14 a person. Been staying here 1-2 times a year but can stay downtown and pay a little more to park and get breakfast included and drinks and dinner at the Drury.

Nice property. Wish the downtown shuttle ran later.
