Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal

Exceptional

When I booked this stay i wasn't aware of how close it was to the airport. That was so helpful because I was coordinating with family before we headed to Loretta's for the races. This hotel is very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent A/C. We ate dinner and breakfast and both meals were good. My husband did have an issue with the doneness of his pork chop and the server quickly addressed the matter. The top floor bar area is awesome to relax and watch planes landing and taking off. Parking was easy. Aside from my husbands pork chop issue mentioned before there wasn't really anything to complain about. You definintely pay for the convenience of being on the airport property, so just go into it knowing that. I feel like it was worth it, tho. Oh, one thing...the cantina in the lobby has water for $7 a bottle. Kind of steep in my mind but I paid that twice lol.

A small thing, but Kleenexes were shoved into the box making it difficult to get one out. Overall convenient and a good experience

Staff was rather unkind and helpful to senior citizens with language barrier. Disappointing given excellent location.

Beds very comfortable

The location was great due to my flight the next morning. Staff friendly. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Property well kept. The hotel was nice but there wasn't anything special for the money they charged. I expected more. Elvated prices on everything due to no other place to get even a coke ($5 a bottle). Restaurant prices are also expensive for the menu.

Staff was wonderful, rooms awesome. Restaurant was awesome. Nothing.

The staff was very nice and helpful the room was very clean it had a nice view to the airport runway I enjoyed watching the planes thank you for your hospitality

We love the convenience of the hotel and have stayed there many times. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room near people traveling with dogs…dogs that barked all night long. Needless to say, we were exhausted when we set off on our trip the next morning.

The roof top bar and sitting area the view was amazing Getting to it is tricky cause it’s at the airport

Location was super helpful for a family flight moving. The staff was great as was the room! My only thing would be the beds could’ve been softer for my liking
