Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal

Exceptional

Very nice. Staff was great. Bar and lobby were awesome. So easy to walk to

Views of the city and airport as well as direct accessibility to the airport for our flight the next morning. Hotel staff was very cordial and engaging.

The location was excellent! Rooms were clean and the property was beautiful. Our bed wasn’t that comfortable. It was lumpy and the mattress seemed old. We were in room 519. Other than that the room was fine but the bed sucked.

We stayed and closed the rooftop bar down. Last to leave and I left my purse. Early the next morning I realized I left it and immediately asked front desk. They said nothing had been turned in. I asked them to watch their cameras( I knew times we left and described my clothing to see if I had it when I left…… crickets. Very bad

Location perfect for catching an early morning flight. The onsite restaurant served us a delicious meal. We liked everything about the hotel except the room was expensive.

Gymn, and rooftop

Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff and delicious food.

It was so close to airport as we arrived late in the evening. Very convenient.

Love

Very convenient to the airport and exquisite service.

The fact that this hotel is literally across the street from the airport and you don’t hear every arriving and departing flight??? Amazing!!

Great way to kickoff any trip whether for business or pleasure. So convenient and nice!

We were stuck overnight in Nashville after being diverted from Atlanta. It was late at night, so our options were limited. This was a hotel cluster the airport identified by an agent with Marriott. The room rate online was $166

TV. So hard to navigate. Been there a number of times and my only issue!

Very clean and comfortable with excellent front desk experience. We ate dinner at the restaurant which was very tasty and good service. Great for airport stay.

The proximity to BNA is great! We appreciated the pleasant outside area where we could walk in the shady spots doing laps before our very long flights back to Australia. Complimenting the actual rooms and facilities were the mostly excellent staff. Shannon was very attentive, friendly and approachable as the Breakfast Supervisor in the Dining Room, the best we’ve encountered for breakfast dining.Paris is a wonderful server at dinner with her warm and helpful personality. Unca at the rooftop bar was full of smiles and hospitable. Jina at Reception was accomodating and helpful. Hannah at Reception was very pleasant as she attempted to solve a situation we had and gave helpful suggestions. Thank you! A minor matter however full replenishment of bathroom towels was not consistent (however, was clean as was the sleeping area)

When I first came to the property, I was worried that I would be able to hear the airplanes and I got a nice sleep, but that was not the case at all the room was wonderful was clean. It was tidy it smelled fresh and I didn’t hear one plane, land, or takeoff.
