Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal

Good experience, everything was great!! Except the bathroom door needs to be adjusted! It squeaks terribly, lololol other than thatn that. Great!!!

We stayed here because we had an early morning flight. Didn’t use much of the amenities but the bar a restaurant look nice. Wanted to get up to the rooftop pool but it was a little too hot. Instead we staying in the super clean fresh room. Ordered room service. And the food was amazing. The steak medallions were better than any I’ve had at five star restaurants. Whatever my wife had - I can’t remember - she liked so much she didn’t want to share.

The front desk staff is rude for unknown reasons every time I’m there. They gave me a disability room with

Due to flight delays I was unable to make this reservation, but the property refused to consider any type of refund even though I reached out to cancel as soon as I could.

We were not told that we were being charged daily for parking. Found out when we checked put.

Our favorite hotel! So easy to walk over and check in after a long flight. No shuttle needed! Everything is just great!

The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and efficient.

Hotel was unique in that you can literally at the terminal. A nice rooftop sitting area with a pool that overlooks the runway. You’re so close you can smell the jet fuel, so convenient if you are flying out the next day.

We stayed at this hotel due to it's connection to the airport(my daughter had a early flight out) It was a great hotel at a reasonable price!!!

The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant had a good selection of food and was very good.We loved the fact that we could park at the hotel and walk directly over to the airport. We will definitely be staying here again.

Check in was easy. Our flight was canceled and we had to add an extra night. They were very accommodating. They quickly refreshed our room. The only suggestion I have is it would be nice if the parking garage could number the rows for ease of locating your vehicle. We loved the rooftop pool and lounge area. Food was good in both restaurants. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel! Food and drinks were really good at the bar. Wasn’t happy when my alarm went off at 3:30 am but otherwise had a very nice stay and would stay there again.

Convenient to airport Leaving the car in their garage while gone for a week. Prepaid at check in. When I returned at 2am seven days later and exiting their deck I was asked to use my credit card to pay for the week. While at th gate I had to get the front desk to find my payment. Took about 10 minutes total. Not happy .
