Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Nashville Airport, TN

Breakfast was standard continental. Great coffee! Staff very kind and very helpful. Appreciated the shuttle convenience to the airport.

The room was clean and I had no issues. Very spacious. The staff were friendly as well.

Loved the stay here. It's kind of confusing getting into the parking lot since the entrance is so close to the gas station and the entrance ramp to the highway and GPS is hardly any help but once you're there, everything is peachy keen!

Parking was very tight and limited. I almost couldn't find a spot on the property when i arrived and the spaces were so tight I could barely fit a full-size sedan in the stall.

The parking is ridiculous.

Our flight got canceled last minute and had to book this hotel really quick. The process was nice and easy. The price was fantastic when we arrived the staff was great check-in was fast and smooth. The rooms were great nice and clean temperature. Perfect easy to adjust the thermostat and they even had a really good breakfast. The only reason I did not give this a 10 out of 10 is because when I had to book it, I tried calling the hotel for about 10 minutes in the lines were busy because we needed to catch a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We ended up catching a Lyft which the price wasn’t too bad less than $13 even though the hotel is about 1.5 miles away but not bad. Was glad to hear that the shuttle does run every 30 minutes and the staff member signed us up for the shuttle in the morning and the guy that was driving the shuttle was extremely nice and got us there on time and gave us instructions once we arrived overall if I’m ever stuck back in the Nashville area again this hotel would definitely be my first pick the price staff cleanliness and the breakfast was definitely a 10 out of 10.

We had ants in our room. The elevator seemed to need some maintenance. But the staff was friendly during check in

They gave us a dirty room and the air conditioner was not working. The breakfast absolutely sucked. Everything was cold

I booked a bottom floor accessible room. They put me on the 6th floor away at the end even tho I explained I can't walk very well. I got a text stating if be on bottom floor and they have away my room. This place sucks and the parking lot is tiny.

Super location for an early flight

Decent hotel near airport with great shuttle to the airport. I had bad experience with room keys had to go down 3 times and finally get another room to get entry. Also no toothpaste for courtesy travelers.

Plane arrived after 2:00 AM. The walkway was not well lit and pavement was not level, I fell before I got into the building, Emergency medics took me to the hospital for CT scans and x-rays to make sure no bones were broken. Ended up with very bruised upper left side of my face, black eye and a cut on my eyebrow. Night staff at Radisson was not up to par on what to do. I will never stay at another Radisson.

I arrived at 2am because of delayed flights and the front desk agent was arguing with a guest so I had to wait to be checked in. When I arrived to my room the AC barely worked, none of the lights would turn on and I couldn’t use any of the outlets. I tried to call front desk but phone didn’t work. I gave up because I just wanted to sleep before my morning flight. When I told front desk during check out they didn’t say I’m sorry or help in any way. I would not stay here again.

Good free breakfast and free airport shuttle for one night which is what we needed!
