Not bad for a quick stay before a flight, airport shuttle was convenient

The air conditioner would not change temp so it was freezing g in room. Called front desk and he said someone would be up in 15 min. No one showed up so we put on just the fan and then it got hot in the night. Someone came in the morning g after I asked again and he also struggled with getting it to work.

Big surprise when I had to pay to PARK at a hotel I paid to stay at. Nothing I could do about it but pay BUT it would have been nice to know before booking.

Weird smell as soon as you walk into the room and the shower design is absolutely ridiculous. The shower did not have anything preventing the water from getting on the bathroom floor. In fact, it had a slope downward that made it impossible to avoid water getting on the floor, so after each shower, the entire bathroom floor was flooded. We requested more towels to clean the water and were told not to put towels on the floor, which is ridiculous because who would want to be in the bathroom when the floor is covered in water? We were told we would be able to switch rooms, but that never happened. We were just met with rude staff, empty promises and push-back. Never staying there again.

It was very clean, nice and polite staff. The beds were VERY firm and I couldn’t sleep because I prefer a soft mattress.
-
The restroom doors are terrible. Air condicion noise like rocket of space dragon ship and temperature alwais 16 celsius degree. Too cold

I wish I could give an overall rating of less than 1 star. This was literally the worst hotel experience of my entire life. Right from the initial check-in the staff demonstrated total and complete incompetency and an inability to communicate effectively. It took two staff members to get me checked-in and they declined my first card which was perfectly functional, forcing me to use a backup card. Everything during the first day of my stay was fine but on the second morning the housekeeping staff knocked on my door on three separate occasions to verify that I was still in the room. I had a 4 night stay booked and had paid FULLY at check-in so I was extremely confused. The housekeeping staff sent me to the front desk employee who basically told me my reservation wasn’t in the system and immediately went on the defensive claiming that it wasn’t her fault over and over again rather than doing anything proactive on my behalf. She then insisted that I would need to pay a much higher nightly rate than the one I had booked despite the fact that THE HOTEL cancelled my PRE-PAID reservation in the middle of it! I don’t know if this was an intentional scam to rebook the room for more or gross incompetency but there was ZERO accountability on the part of the hotel staff. After much arguing the front desk worker “graciously” agreed to give me the room for the price I booked online and had the audacity to tell me I should be grateful she was helping me solve the problem THE HOTEL created!

We liked the clean nice room but didn't have any soap to wash our hands in the bathroom. Everything else was good. Staff was great. Parking was ok. Didn't do the breakfast. The location was good because it was an easy access to the 40. We only stayed for one night. Price was good too.

Breakfast was well done but not well stocked all the time. Parking was somewhat limited.
-
I did not like to pay parking
-
No swimming pool, and inconsistent pricing during the week

We had ants in the room. Told the front desk, showed zero concerns no professionlism. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

The room was spacious. The bathroom spotless.
