It was clean, comfortable, staff was nice. The daily $10 parking fee. I never have stayed at a hotel and had to pay for parking.

It was very convenient to the airport. Being able to leave my car parked at the hotel for a reasonable price and taking a shuttle to the airport was very helpful. I did not hear any noise at all at the hotel. I loved my stay.

Bed comfortable and pillows nice and soft. Staff is friendly and kind.

Dated hotel with worm out windows blinds, hole in sheet on the bed, dirty carpet.

Preza is one of the nicest people I've encountered. Her dedication to the Front Desk ensures hotel guests have a pleasant stay.

I am quite impressed with a member of the Front Desk team: Yush is friendly and easy to talk to. He has excellent communication skills (especially when listening to guests). He is patient with difficult customers and that is a real asset in the guest services industry.

The breakfast was good, food was hot and fresh, And the morning staff (2 total) were helpful, happy and friendly. I booked through booking.com , our rate was great! CI&S has been my go to hotel for years, this one is rundown, carpet throughout was old, smelly and stretched out, doors are old and gapped at the bottom- u can see under them, 1st room had a window that had a half inch gap, we thought a window was open(5th floor impossible so we thought). Nightshift feont desk employee was NOT friendly, no greeting as we walked in, we came down immediately after we walked in 1st room, asked for another and he was accusitory of our use of the rooms facilities, which we weren't in long enough to use anything in that room. NEEDS A COMPLETE REMODEL

The staff were nice and efficient at the front desk. My room wasn't ready for guests, the bathroom was dirty with no towels. They did give us another room immediately, it was much better.
