Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Nashville Airport, TN

We won’t be staying here again. Check in was extremely slow. Parking fees were not explained at check in. There was a QR code and you had to pay online for overnight parking. The room smelled musty. We found a needle and syringe between the mattress when checking for little critters. The property is close to the airport which was convenient but the property is just run down overall.

Asked about an early check-in in person and was told a flat no. No explanation and no options. Overall the staff customer service was lukewarm at best. Elevators and fire extinguishers were both posted with maintenance compliance documents that were out of date. Could feel the individual coils in the cheap mattress I slept on. Exterior of the building needs maintenance, but the interior was clean and up-to-date. Not the experience I expected at a Radisson property.

bathrooms were a little small, but the room itself was nice. staff was nice and helpful.

Super clean , very nice , beds amazing beautiful view out of our window . Didn't like you had to pay to park there ,other than that would stay again

Shuttle was useful... front staff just seemed confused at times with scheduling it.

When we fly into or out of Nashville we will never utilize this motel/hotel chain ever again.

The shuttle was very convenient and saved me a ton of money. The driver was so nice. I wish I could remember his name because he’s 5/5 stars The bathroom had a smell of sewage and the phone didn’t work. I went to the front desk but neither complaint was fixed. I didn’t spend enough time in the room for it to be a huge issue, the phone was slightly inconvenient but the smell was pretty gross at times. And this didn’t affect me like it would others but the hallways have so much air freshener in it, it almost chokes you. I could see how someone sensitive to smells would have a real hard time with it. Its probably to cover up the sewage smell

Wonderful shuttle driver promptly picked us up from the airport. Very friendly staff. Being able to shuttle to the airport, leave our car at the hotel for parking in a safe location & shuttle back is great. All staff very friendly and helpful.

This was an exceptional place to stay especially for the price. Room was clean- probably one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in, bed was comfortable, everything in the room was in good condition. The house keeping staff were so nice and incredibly helpful. The front desk staff was also helpful, the shuttle service easy to use. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. They also had a free breakfast that was decent.

Very close to the Airport, maybe 4 minutes away. Airport Shuttle makes things easier for people. Clean Rooms (on the smaller side). Not too loud. I think it is lame that you have to pay $5 to park in the parking lot, that left a bad taste in my mouth. Why not include that in the Hotel cost? You have to scan a qr code, enter all of your vehicle information, enter payment information, at 2:00am its pretty obnoxious.

It was fine

It is a nice hotel and pleasant place to stay if traveling out of the airport in Nashville. They have a shuttle service as well as allow you to park your car while your gone for a small fee.

I never had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel. Moments after making my reservation, I discovered I had entered the wrong date, but was not permitted to cancel or change it even though I would not be in their city on that date. Since I had not purchased cancellation insurance, they were within their rights to refuse cancellation, but that sort of rigidity is not something I am willing to accept from a service business, and I will not be staying there in the future.

Convenient to the airport,has a shuttle, clean, good breakfast. Have stayed many times . Only downside is charging for parking
